Judging from the types and amount of armored vehicles you encountered on this one It was probably an armored vanguard. Great defence sir Nail Biting one no doubt
Next 2 battles the yanks are gonna start bringing in Shermans. Stealing those and using them yourself is a nice stopgap while you're grinding for the Pz. IV F2 and beyond, that's what I did in my Conquest against the yanks and it worked for a time. M3 Lee is worth a steal as well but it's a real manpower drain since it needs 7 crew.
@@SirJellyBean You should see " Wolfsschanze" bunkers here in Poland , very interesting structures and a lots of concrete in the forest.... special place for Hitler to be in safe when commanding fights in Eastern front...
I do get sone half decent stuff but I'll also by getting lower rate units as I lose the good equipment, to simulate low supply of weapons equipment etc.
Love your videos, wish I could be as good as you on offense. I also had an idea. It would be great if you did these sort of campaigns but instead of PvE you could do PvP, as the AI can be a little one sided (Artillery based or just Armor based). If you were to do games like this I think it would make for much more realistic and funner combat.
Good mission! Now that you’re starting to see more American armor, you might want to request more support from your Division’s anti-tank units. Luckily every infantry division keeps a complement of Stugs and tank destroyers ready for such emergencies! :)
Tanks are in short supply so we may be given a few here and there but once there gone it will be using whatever scraps high command throws to us haha .

The Tigers, Panthers, and other panzers are bottled up, but your local division has either a tank destroyer battalion or an assault gun battalion that it can parse vehicles out to different Kampfgruppen as it sees fit. If you ever want to look at some historical unit organizations for Conquest, I’d highly recommend Military History Visualized here on TH-cam :)

In general, how do you decide how much units to bring to a map? Since you can't "reinforce" in the middle of a fight, i am always afraid of bringing too few, but also don't know if i should "stockpile" money/ammo for later... ?
Very good defense! A Tough but enjoyable defense nonetheless. That remaining crew member in the 38t needs a knights cross medal though. good job!
