Played the campaign on hard, some with a friend and i find it really funny how i consistently have a high casualty rate, in line with how hard it is for Airborne units lmao

You may not want to hear this, but you should probably play way more high difficulty mods. I've been getting bored with your more recent series (Sorry), because look, I know you're gunna kick the AI's ass, you know it, my nan knows it, my dog knows it, everyone bloody knows what's gunna happen. I'd be gobsmacked if a player of your caliber even came close to losing a match in vanilla Ostfront. Watching gates of steel however, I've been on the edge of my seat almost constantly. Not knowing for a fact if you're going to come out on top goes a long way to making this entertaining.

I like the fire and light effects, but it's a bit too dark for me. But good show as always mr. Bean!

This man was THE most deserving man in WW2, never to have won the Knights Cross. I think that he was recommended for the medal at least twice, but was viewed as being "politically unreliable," whatever the hell that means. It seems to me that there was just a whole lot of jealousy and back biting that was to be an ever present feature of the Armed forces of Nazi Germany. Damn unfortunate, and a suspicious "end of life" story on the battlefield. I believe that he was murdered. Simple. As. That. Bastards!!

Hey Jellybean, I downloaded the MACE mod and I unlocked the Bergepanther. I've seen that this Armored Recovery Vehicle can tow tanks but I cannot figure it out for the life of me. If it doesn't, then what else is it good for? thanks!

I don't think I've seen you use them yet, but the mod adds engineering squads who can build mgs, AA and bunkers etc depending on the squad. They're pretty cheap and have alot of soldiers with each being able to construct a weapon platform that you can then use and reposition as you like. It can be very useful for defence as well as offence and can be cheaper on manpower than bringing the weapon systems themselves. Maybe try them out on your next play.

Wild to not have the t-34-85 in this, it's a medium tank that has armour almost like a kv1, carries a 85mm gun that quite frankly rocks and most of all, it's iconic and you get to use the t-34 while working towards it. ALSO you get the T-28E for 1 research point to use before the t34 which is early to mid game a hilarious tank, it's tanky compared to other tanks in the t28/t35 line... and is basically an anti infantry killzone armoured bunker on tracks. T34-85 also kind of makes the kv1 obsolette if you aren't going to go for IS line.

It's amazing how the Germans lost 10 million dead as they were so efficient.
