    We would recommend doing this (or a variated version of this, depending on your fitness level) 5 days a week either as training or as a warmup for a workout

    This workout itself will get your heart rate up and will be a good warmup pre-cardio. If you're a runner, you might even notice a difference right away!

    I`d like to see more agility drills. This was fun, and I know it will help with my badminton. How about more drills that use just a small bit of floor, or jump rope workouts, or something else?

    It's the bunny hop! Hophophop! The square was blue in the begining than turned it to black ... yes i noticed. You got sticked to thr blue tape did you hahaha stuck like a fly in a spiders webbbb...

      +GymDolphin Then you need to do another workout. A workout in which you dont sweat or feel the burn does not help you.

    This is not an agility training for soccer, football, tennis, basketball, etc
