I`d like to see more agility drills. This was fun, and I know it will help with my badminton. How about more drills that use just a small bit of floor, or jump rope workouts, or something else?
It's the bunny hop! Hophophop! The square was blue in the begining than turned it to black ... yes i noticed. You got sticked to thr blue tape did you hahaha stuck like a fly in a spiders webbbb...
