Reps and sets are sport specific. Calculate how much you play and how much you rest during sport and use that information for rest interval and how much to spend time on agility drills. Do series of sets or just sets depending on the sport.

Agility has always been my weak point I can sprint fast but can't change direction quickly I'm looking forward to doing these drills
I do this stuff everyday at football camp for my school it works I got a lil faster a lil more of this when I run ill be a blur
