I remember the old Kero fridges when our family went to lake Eucumbene in southern NSW. We had a cabin with two fridges and one of them was on full bore for the beer. They were actually very efficient and smelled nice!
Great vid and commentary from yourself & Dale again. I don't care how long you videos are as you like to take your time when sweeping over the cars, & that's what I like. To see the cars as if I was there. Not just a snippet....& dash off to the next. Great work ;-) The blueish / purple coloured Falcon (you weren't sure on the colour). Was it Cobalt blue? That nice Corvette (around 1.25 mark) year model was built between 1997-2004.
That hotrod you where talking about the green thinking it was of a VR-VS is actually off a 06 VE [ Hot House Green ] ,,, About the wick do you remember the cotton mash for the LPG gas light beside the BBQ i still have the light set up and pole it sits on ,, LOL ,,,,, Anyway author great video and taking the time to travel to Melbourne , Cheers ......... Till the next one ....
That would be cool, not always at the same shows or the time to do it. Plus we do most of the commentary after I get home and he's about and 90 minute each way from here.
Winter sun/ cooly rocks are cool events, but there’s been nothing like this in Brisbane for a long time (unless you want to go look at ev’s-no thanks) 😢
250 cars and two hundred of them are commodores that you would see parked at Bunnings . They think they have muscle cars but they are not !!!! When I think car shows I think chrome bumpers cars only , same as the new mustangs all plastic, all the plastic cars should organise there own shows
No appreciation for 80s 90s kids to take classics & retro aussie cars and modernizing them while retaining their personality... each time I heard "snail" etcthe rap music dig.... we can't afford old classic steel bumper cars ... in fact our generation can't afford most the luxuries and freedoms your generation had and took for granted..... And the whole no1 around makes it boring .. no atmosphere ... That's what makes other channels successful and enjoyable to watch ...
Thanks so much for taking us there and for Dale and your commentary. I’m just shocked at how many cars are there and the absolute quality.
You and me both!

Any time! Loved it.
Fantastic Viewing and commentary !! Thank you Howard! Wheels on the Pano for me would be the type you would see on an AC cobra with spinners 🤙🇦🇺
Cheers mate, watch tonight's video has them wheels on a cobra

Much appreciated, I don’t think it was Cobalt blue🤔
Hah Dale the skyline is actually an R34 but i'm sure that was your next guess! thanks for the video fellas.
He was just fishing.
This was my first time here. It was that big I wished they handed out maps to navigate around. All in all it was a great car show day.
😎👍
I agree with you
Thanks Howard. 👍
Great coverage as always Howard. Thanks for your kind words.
My pleasure! You do good work.

Another great video Howard! The green falcon towards the end you wasn't sure about the colour, it's Jewel Green. Cheers

Great video Howard. The Alfa Romeo is a Montreal model with all Aluminium V8
Thanks for the info!
Great footage!! Gene Winfield is actually "96" so there is hope for the rest of us!
Wow, I still have 30 years to go
So man amazing and beautiful cars 😍😍
Thats for sure
I’d love to see you do a walk around a show with Damian Lowe and get him to do the commentary on the GM stuff and you do the Ford commentary.👍
That would be cool, not always at the same shows or the time to do it. Plus we do most of the commentary after I get home and he's about and 90 minute each way from here.
Gene Winfield was born 16 June 1927 makes him 97 in June & still going strong :)
Amazing, keep on keeping on.💪
Winter sun/ cooly rocks are cool events, but there’s been nothing like this in Brisbane for a long time (unless you want to go look at ev’s-no thanks) 😢
Yes it’s been a while for Brisbane. We used to do the Hotrod show in May up there.
'69 was the year of the GTO Judge.
Thanks for that.👍
Bead Lock XR ❤
Yes sir!!
Was talking to the guy with the Green Hot Rod on Level 2 and he was saying the LJ GTR XU1 at your 19:53 mark was valued at $600k
I’ll have to check it out.
SORY S4 CAME WITH 1 STRONGBERG
more comodores
Yes sir, can't get away from them.
Love the commentary but unfortunately the background music was too loud and annoying 🤷😢
Noted
Nissan R34 skyline in bay side blue roughly $150 k three days Howard

Cheers mate

I think you missed the point. It’s called Showcars Melbourne for a reason. I think it was a good cross-section of our sport old and new.

thanks for your Insight, I guess the 23,000 subscribers we have see it differently
Please tell these car guys to get rid of those ugly wheels. They make show cars look terrible.
trends come and go.

Is the Sydney one on this year? By the way I'm not a one brand channel. Have you watched the GT nationals video from this year
