In today’s vlog, we traveled to the upper Himalayan region in Paddar, Kishtwar, Jammu, and Kashmir to find hidden treasures like Shilajit and Gucchi mushroom.
About Gucchi Mushroom:

Gucchi or Guchhi Mushroom is found in higher peaks of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir in India. It’s difficult to extract a few kgs of Gucchi mushroom. That's the reason why it is one of the most costliest mushrooms in the world..
With the help of locals, we trekked some of the highest peaks in the Paddar region of Jammu to find out very interesting facts (explained in the video) about Gucci Mushroom.
About Shilajit:
