Rope climbing and dangling at that height with bare hands. I am yet to see a climber at that height without the gloves because of unbearable friction of the rope and the bumps at the rock itself. One has to have the hands of steel to do so.... Salute!!!!

Shilajeet is highly rich in iron like meat, so having too much iron intake is not good for you.

Hunza is the beauty of Gilgit and Pakistan. Dried fruit and salajeet is all time my favorite, Hate off for the great worker ( climbers) .
Shilajeet is a sanskrit word which means a medicine from Shila ( Shila means rock in sanskrit ) old sadhus and yogi used to make ayurvedic medicines out of it.

Shilajeet is very popular in india too as ayurvedic medicine products , if trade was normal between india and pakistan, these products would be getting good price in india which would benefit pakistani shilajeet collectors too..in india too ladakh, uttarakhand, himachal pradesh have shilajeet sources... but price is too much in india as india alone cant cater the need of huge demand in india

yeah man. You can always count on the governments for screwing people over. To be honest every time I have met a person from India in Pakistan people treat them very well. I think its an unspoken rule that Indians and Pakistanis dont touch on politics when sitting together and they both say 🖕 to their respective governments but deep down the conversation leaves both parties confused because in real life it's hard to find any solid reason to hate each other as people and they realize they're both more similar than they think.
But hate sells quite well these days and its a good way to get rich. Donald trump and Mr Modi and leaders in Pakistan are good examples of it.

Afghans and majority of the NW areas of Pakistan was originally Zoroastrian and later Buddhist not Hindus.

Shilajeet is not a stimulating aphrodisiac. No such thing mentioned in Ayurveda. It is used to increase bile synthesis and improve celibacy. It helps in curing involuntary discharge, nocturnal emissions and sheeghrapatan. It used to improve Brahmacharya not to increase libido. It inhibits unnatural degrees of libido. It is different from other ayurvedic bile enticers such as curcumin and punarnava inasmuch that unlike those two, Shilajeet does not mimics Cholecystokinins to trigger gall bladder contraction thereby releasing bile through the Sphincter of Oddii but on the contrary it actually promotes synthesis of bile in larger quantities which in turn help to better absorb certain insoluble micronutrients from your usual diet.

I’ve been trying this shilajeet whatever it’s called in a pill form and my goodness chronic fatigue is totally gone, keeps me awake and alert (something that coffee does not do for me anymore) but being an aphrodisiac it’s giving me “embarrassing issues” at times especially with wife nearby but thankfully mother in law didn’t notice during Sunday lunch. 😅
