I am starting a new technical series called Servicenow and this is the intro video for that.

Hi Pri, Thanks for your hard work making this tutorial. I'm here just to let everyone know my opinion on your service now series. So far this is the most up to date material for learning Service Now in my opinion, and I specially like the use case scenarios to help expand with practicing. Everything is so well thought and easy to follow. I went through the CSA and the CAD entire playlist and started applying for Service Now related roles. I just landed my first service now developer role with a 103k starting salary! To be fair, I do come in with 5 years of prior IT experience particularly in web development. The entire learning and job application process took me about 6 months of dedicated work.
If you’re reading this and are new to the channel, I highly recommend you follow along with Pri. Don’t bother wasting your time with the outdated courses on Udemy or some of the other platforms.

Pri, I am so thankful for your lessons. I have been a ServiceNow developer for over a year and got my CSA today thanks in part to this amazing course you put together and your practice questions. I would say roughly 75% of the questions you go through on your practice questions are on the actual CSA and this course covers EVERYTHING in the exam as well. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Your videos are superb. Helped me understand better and I passed the CSA exam yesterday. I will advise people to practice whatever they learn in their own PDI so they can be able to visualize some of these things in the main exam.

Don't they require the basic JavaScript skills for SN System Administrators?
Well honestly they dont !!
As all the topics from admin course is all about understanding that module very well, how they works and configuration changes in ui policy, business rules, client script etc but they dont need to implement it anywhere.
So in short for CSA exam and system administrator course programming knowledge is not mandatory 🤓
Hello pritam sir, is the syllabus same for the new servicenow release Utah or anything extra we need to be prepared? If yes can you provide the source.

It is still Servicenow Tokyo, the Utah has not relased yet.
But as per the news there won't be any huge changes in Utah.
If you want to give the CSA exam, you can check out my serviceNow series where I covered everything which is required.
And aslo I have uploaded 90 questions for CSA.
