Pritham here you are doing Before Update BR and After Update you are opening incident.list or list view right. Does it work only on previous ticket that how we created incident for before insert and after insert or will it work on every ticket..
As a newbie, I still find it confusing when to utilise Business Rules, when to utilise client script using g_form, maybe it's good to have a summary video with some sample business requirements gathered and how should the developer approach the config. And state 'why this requirement needs BR, instead of using UI Policy' or 'why this requirements needs BR, not g_form client script'

Thank you so much...yes web cam is mandatory for CSA exam if you are giving from home..you can also book nearest center to give exam in that case you don't need webcam.
Hello Pritam,could you please help me understand why we need scripting here why it will not work without scripting and please help me understand what we are doing with the scripting.
In incident new record when i was trying to save the incident its showing as The followong mandatory fields are not filled in: Assignment group, Caller (It came because i trying to insert the values as" Abel tuter" in caller And "service desk "in assignment group Firstly i got it easily while executing primary videos

In the filter navigator (Where search for any application or module) type Incident and you would see there are few incidents available, just open the one which is under Service Desk. It should be working fine. If now please ping me in my instagram page, so that I can see the error screenshot.

No, you cannot directly insert a business rule using a client script in ServiceNow. They operate on different levels
