Thanks a lot pritam. i was learning this course with a lot of interest because the way u r explaining and the way u r doing the things in developer instance parallel is awsome. and also the thing is that u r making the videos with a certain lenght like not too much lengthy, this also made us to learn with intrest. Once again thanks a lot and keep going the other series too. hoping and wish u all the best for your success in youtube as well as in IT sector.

At time 19:00, IT Group could not open table Mobile Issues because of a security constraint. You had a demo_test role, and under "Modules with Role" tab, you added the Mobile Issues table (which itself had a role that was automatically created at table creation-anybody with this role will have unfettered access to the table) and then you assigned this demo_test role to IT Group. Since you had added a "Module with a Role", to demo_test role, I expected that IT Group users should have automatically inherited this role and be able to access (or atleast READ) the Mobile Issues table. This did not happen. Its a bit confusing
Hi, is there any possible solutions are available to provide access to any table (ie., Table/Field/Record level) using REST API instead of this manual process?
Thank you bro, For this video. But i stuck in impersonate user you mobile issue same only content. I'm also using the content. Roles are demo_test and itil given. Add group amd user. While impersonate the user in self service its doesn't showing the mobile issue. Can you help me..!
Hey 👋 make sure user has the application level access !! As and admin search for mobile issue in the application navigator and click on edit icon now there you would see who can access the application 🤓
Can we able to provide record level access without using any defining any condition (Eg: lets say incident table having 10 records, I want to randomly give access to an user for any of the 5 records without defining any condition) is this possible with ServiceNow?
Hey!! No, it is not possible to provide record-level access without defining any conditions in an ACL in ServiceNow. ACLs are specifically designed to define access control based on conditions, and without any conditions, the ACL wouldn't know who should have access to what record 😄. Let me know for any further concerns.
Hey 👋 as of now I dont share these PPT's 😔 You can study from the video and make notes by your own, which would definitely help you to learn the things in the way you would understand !! try this 🤓

Noted 🤓
