EPF നെ പറ്റി ഒരു 95% വിവരങ്ങൾ എനിക്ക് അറിയമായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ PPF നെ പറ്റി ഒരു കുന്തവും അറിയില്ലയിരുന്നു.

@@rajeshpg99 the interest rate can change periodically... The usual change commence every quarter. So by the time thumbnail gets changed, the interest might have changed to a different one already 🤗

So giving the thumbnail as 8% is misleading. Thats what I meant.

It’s a good scheme, except that TDS is levied which you need to later claim in your ITR. If you fall in any of the tax slab, then it doesn’t make sense to deposit in it. Otherwise, it’s a very good scheme as long as the dividend is fixed at 10%.
