I have a 2013 camaro v6 with the rev 9 axle back and it does not sound like that. I have only cut the mufflers and I would like to know how to make my car sounds like that in the video
Both MBRP and Mishimoto axle-backs are V8s. This is a dumb video and misleading for people who don't know better. Not only has it thrown in V8 sounds, but the rest of the sounds contain both 5th gen and 6th gen V6s which sound very different.
It can be hard to tell the difference sometimes believe it or not; truth doesn't require acceptance. There are quite a few factors not even considering the exhaust system. I'm not making any claim about this video though because I couldn't possibly know but that's really the point. For the most part, in my experience, v8s of higher displacement than their v6 counterpart has a boost in the mid-low part of the spectrum while getting a boost at the very high end, same revs. They both share a large section of the mid range. I like the sound of a v6 with tamed mid lows to be clear though. I also like the sound of i4s with tamed mids and lows too. I like that mean screaming sound, but with subtle low end while idling. I don't like the "farty" mid-low "moist" sounds that so many attribute to "great" sounding v8s. Same with the Harley sound; big wet, messy toilet sound in my opinion. I'm no expert on exhaust sound though. I am a musician with plenty of experience but that's totally different so...
Very misleading and terrible video! That MBRP axle back is a V8. And then you also got the 4 cylinder camaro in some of these sounds as well. Absolutely trash.

Thanks for that video. I just bought a Camaro V6 and this really helped me decide on a exhaust system
Which one did you get
Decided on the Borla. Thanks to your video and the sound is amazing. Thanks
Are u sure that the MBRP Axle-back is on a v6 camaro thats sound like a V8 engine
And the Mishimoto Race….pretty sure both are LT1 engines and not the v6
Why no MRT's V1 & V2.

It was a v8 and they didn’t mention it
Great video rhe best i have seen
Like the rev 9 the best
The MBRP axle back sound in this video sounds like a V8? Is it indeed a V6 that is making that sound?
it's a v8 they lying
Only way you’ll get it to sound like that is to cam it or add a turbo
Thanks , you made life so much easier 🤟🏾
The second one was a v8 ?
That’s definitely sounded like an SS

The 2nd one's a muffler delete with A J pipe and xpipe

1st one...thanks for this video
Does MBRP axle back fit a 2014 camaro LS 3.6 ??
Yep. You can buy it off American muscle. It’s about 280-300 bucks. Basically just a muffler delete
Thanks for the lineup, was wondering though is there a NPP Dual mode exhaust that will work on the '15 Camaro w/V6?
Are these all 6th gen ?
Outstanding!
New sbscriber
You messed up with the Borla Atack sound
yes i agree
Are these legits sounds for a 2012 camaro ls? Been having a hard time figuring which ones i want.
All I can say is cam it or add a turbo you’ll see a big difference in the exhaust sound
So, my favorites turn out to be $$$. Go figure. lol
do u guys have one for the indian scout bobber if not can u guys make one?
We already have an Indian Scout Bobber; check it out on our channel.
6 cylinder engines just do not sound good with after market exhaust. I think it is just wishful thinking to think it sounds like an 8.
That’s not true idk if u ever heard a cammed or turbo v6

btw this isnt accurate lol
Stock is better.
