That is the first time I have ever seen a dump truck with a sleeper on it I've seen plenty of tractors with sleepers pulling dump wagons doing road construction same kinda work before but never seen a real dump truck with a sleeper that's pretty cool which I have seen those crazy cab over dump trucks with sleepers that they run over in like India or somewhere but this is first conventional dump truck with sleeper I've ever seen
Ive done it with a Mich gravel train but 1 box at a time. With those little boxes what do you max load at? My steel train I was 52000 m t and 154 loaded. They definitely have to grade after I dump but not huge piles.
All I focused on was that POS M model grader we have 2 where I work and a old 12 H I run the H model and will and do run circles around those M models even caterpillar realized that fucked the dog on that the new graders are coming back with the old school controls
I dump loads at 25-30 mph with a truck and pup. Once you get the chains set and the timing of when to trigger each end gate it's a piece of cake. You don't even need a maintainer standing by. I've dumped well over a thousand loads this way on hills and curves.
I prefer belly dumps running pins to get that nice line right where you want it. But if all drivers were this good end dumps aren't so bad for road work 🎉!!
Yeah that must be terrible to not have trucks in the country you live in... You still carry everything with carts on donkeys? Or do you pull half cars with horses?
