    hello, thank you for your review. I am considering n2g.. When watching your video you mentioned that 500 a day foot trffic is needed. so if they garauntee 100 transactions per week is that not a good deal?

    • @healthyvending
      @healthyvending  23 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      300+ is the minimum but 500 is even better, yes! So 100 transactions/product sales a week. That’s about 14 sales per day, pretty low, IMO. How long would that take to pay off a $12,000 vending machine? Keep in mind, a $12,000 machine that they pay $5,000 for as N2Go recently changed to a Chinese manufacturer. 300 is the minimum for my clients and we remove existing vending machines almost every time. This will typically generate 30+ sales per day. Foot traffic is the #1 key, if they can’t guarantee you high-traffic locations then I’d be very skeptical. You can book a call here to learn how we do what we do - www.vendingaccelerator.com/

    Ryan. Great video. I'm interested in selling healthy snacks but not so excited about owning a vending machine. Is there a leasing program or some other option where I don't have to buy vending machines?

    • @healthyvending
      @healthyvending  2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Hey Jay, I hear you. However, without owning the machine, you are giving up the value of the physical asset should you be interested in selling a successful business in the future. If you aren't interested in buying machine outright then you could always finance them. There are 0% options up to 12 mo (and up to 60 mo. terms) and your first payment wouldn't start until 90-day post-installation. This is a very suitable option and I've had clients pay the machines off before the interest kicks in. Of course, paying them off quickly is mostly dependent on the quality of the location (i.e. - high daily foot traffic) and the ability to remove existing vending machines. Hope this helps and thank you for watching!

    The best one is either schools or medical places for healthy vending

    • @healthyvending
      @healthyvending  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Schools are definitely amazing locations as long as the machines are 1) available to the students and 2) On during the school day. And medical facilities can be good with the right facilities. There are far more great locations, IMO, than just those two though. We've seen success at YMCA's, sports complexes, large gyms/athletic clubs, and many more. Thank you for watching and commenting!

    What do you think your average healthy vending machine does per month in a big city high traffic location?

    • @healthyvending
      @healthyvending  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Big city, small city, doesn't make a difference as long as there are a minimum of 300 daily consumers and the vending competition is removed. With that, revenues can range greatly, depending on the type of location; school, YMCA, hospital/medical facility, gymnastics facility, etc. all ranging between as little as $1,000 a month to as much as $4,000 a month from 1 machine. And, just in case you're going to ask, average profit margin on revenue is 50% ;)

    Healthier 4u is guaranteeing placements at LA fitness in the Chicago Suburbs it LAF gets 25% gross revenue. Is the juice worth the squeeze?

    • @healthyvending
      @healthyvending  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      An LA Fitness guarantee, huh? I'd ask them to put that in writing if it's a guarantee. And regarding the 25%, that's a tall ask, we max out profit share at 15%. If it were me, then I'd ask to be the exclusive drink provider as gyms commonly have coolers with drinks in them already, that's the only way this would make sense to me. Now, regarding Chicago, I know the area very well being born and raised there, Chicago suburbs have the highest concentration of school districts in the US, very attractive as the more districts available then the more opportunity you have to get into them. But the machines must be on all day and available to the students, something only we specialize in versus anyone else in the space. Check out this video that just dropped today, a client in the Cleveland area where we secured 2 public schools - th-cam.com/video/pDoAxJNpeZE/w-d-xo.html

    You talk about the downfalls of sourcing product from UNFI, and wholesale clubs, where's the best place to source product? Amazon?

    • @healthyvending
      @healthyvending  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Post-COVID, a lot has changed, and while UNFI is still not a viable option for vending companies, there are plenty of great solutions available. Yes, Amazon, Sam's Club, Costco and even BJ's are viable options for sourcing healthier alternatives. And many product manufacturers, pending you have the right documentation, allow for you to order directly through their website as a wholesaler, saving you even more compared to any of these options. Great question, thank you!

      Hey there! Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed it. My clients have no need for HY machines as all locations we secure for them have over 300+ daily consumers so smaller machines like those significantly restrict sales, thank you!

    @christopherhall1216 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I went to your website. I'm not fond of your sales tactics. The strange sound effects in your video made me turn it off. This is a shame because I found your video here super helpful. There needs to be a brief video for the numbers guy. I know why there isn't one.. the numbers aren't pretty.

    • @healthyvending
      @healthyvending  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hey Christopher, fortunately, I take criticism constructively, and there's no doubt that the video in question could use a refresh. It was recorded in 2020 at the height of the pandemic, in my backyard, when I didn't have a video editor on staff, nor did I have access to studio lighting so I used my backyard and some natural sunlight instead. It's certainly served its purpose. Regarding numbers, I'm not sure which numbers you're exactly referring to; the cost of Vending Accelerator (there are different levels) or the Return on Investment (ROI) on healthy vending. If you want to learn the different levels of VA then you are welcome to set a call on my calendar, every video has a link and you can do so through my website. If you're referring to ROI figures then there are plenty of "pretty" numbers in a number of my videos here on my channel. I'm very transparent with my numbers and, frankly, when it comes to business investment, everyone is a "numbers guy." But, overall, if I'm not a fit for you then that's no problem, I'm not trying to appeal to everyone.

    Have you heard of VIVE Vending and if so what is your opinion of them?

    • @healthyvending
      @healthyvending  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Marilyn, I am not familiar with VIVE but, at first glance, I can see they are a Canadian based company so I am assuming you are as well. Just like with any healthy vending business opportunity; location, location, location! And it's frankly no different in Canada. If their machines are priced at the $6,000 - $10,000 range (US Dollar) then the same standards that I speak of on my channel apply, 300+ daily consumers and remove existing vending machines. Lots more on that throughout my channel! Thank you for watching and for your question!

    • @healthyvending
      @healthyvending  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I took a brief look at them and they seem to be a distributor from what I can tell. Meaning, they simply sell the equipment, possibly install them and provide parts and tech maintenance. It would up to you to secure your locations, the most important aspect of any automated retail operation. If they offer any locations services then I would make sure you're asking the tough questions to make sure that they have solid standards in place to insure that you will get profitable locations for your investment. Hope this helps and thank you for watching!

      Seems you're looking for passive income, that isn't vending. However, you can build it to be passive as you're going to want to operate it for some time to set your SOP's, etc before hiring someone to run it for you. This can definitely be done, vending can be very flexible, but it would require some of your time initially, IMO. Thank you for watching and commenting!
