      They actually use sodium chloride, which is a salt, neither acid nor base, to produce the 2.5 water and the 11.5 water. These waters are not used for drinking but for cleaning and disinfecting. You don't have to put it in the machines special cartridge if you are not using those 2 types of waters. It will produce the Hydrogen water without it for drinking.

    What is the difference between hydrogen water and oxygen water?

    • @stephencabral
      @stephencabral  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      Hydrogen water is infused with molecular hydrogen (H2) for potential antioxidant benefits, while oxygen water is enriched with molecular oxygen (O2) to potentially enhance oxygen delivery and energy levels.

    • @saradelrusso7790
      @saradelrusso7790 8 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Anyone telling you they’ve “oxygenated” or “hydrogen infused” water……they’re lying and selling you a bunch of BS. Water is H2O. Adding an extra H to H2O gives you H3O. Look at what the molecule H3O is- it’s a very strong Bronsted Acid and if consumed would hurt you. Adding an extra oxygen molecule to water gives you the compound H2O2- which is hydrogen peroxide, which you should not drink in significant amounts, and is a good antiseptic but should not be consumed unless you’re rinsing out your mouth and then spitting it out.

    Science is great, but water does not consist of “two hydrogen molecules” and “one oxygen molecule.”

    • @stephencabral
      @stephencabral  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      I understand your skepticism about hydrogen water. To clarify, water (H₂O) consists of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom, not two hydrogen molecules and one oxygen molecule. When we talk about hydrogen water, we’re referring to water infused with molecular hydrogen gas (H₂), which is a separate form of hydrogen. The idea is that molecular hydrogen, when dissolved in water, acts as an antioxidant that may reduce oxidative stress and inflammation.

Based on his clinical experience, the ideal pH of the water should be neutral/slightly acidic: Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) less then 100, ideally between 20 - 60, PH less then 7, Ideally between 4.8 - 6.8.

      @stephencabral  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I'm glad you enjoyed it! In Australia, hydrogen water can be purchased as pre-packaged bottles from health food stores, pharmacies, or online, or it can be made at home using a hydrogen water generator. These generators, available in portable bottle forms or as attachments for taps, electrolyze water to infuse it with hydrogen gas.
