I have had the same problem as him for over 6 years, then I bought a hydrogen water bottle, and surprisingly everything changed especially on the energy and no more fatigue especially after working hours.

How long does the extra hydrogen tablet stay active/valid/beneficial in a bottle of water that is closed?
You would want to drink immediately before the hydrogen gas dissipates

I bought echogo plus and drink few days already but can’t notice anything different or changing . Not sure when can I feel the difference if anyone know ?
I doubt that too many would notice much immediate difference from drinking hydrogen water on a short term basis, but I welcome anyone's direct experience...
I have an echogo and after a month of drinking 3-5 bottles a day I started to feel a steady energy at a time of day when I'd normally be toast (4pm to 8pm). So I'd say, give it a month of consistent use.
I just subscribed, can you tell me if it helps against candida overgrowth?
It appeared that hydrogen water has some antimicrobial properties, but I do not have any direct clinical experience to say with more certainty that it could help candida overgrowth. That said, anything that can help boost the immune system can help a person fight any form of infections, and hydrogen water has been reported to improve immune function.

It appears that these bottles do not provide the kind of potency of hydrogen water that we're hoping for
hummm 🤔 if hydrogen escapes out of water that fast now if a person drinks it down still it would be escaping in the stomach as a person can belch it as well soo still there will be less being obsorbed even in the stomach before it gets into the intestine.
There is a time sensitivity for sure. But you can absorb a lot of the hydrogen gas soon after the tablet is fully dissolved.

I bought one these and all it did was produce tiny, but powerful, little placebo bubbles Watching these bubbles form and rising to the surface had an immediate mesmerizing effect. Does hydrogen water remove toxins like fluoride, lead, from water?
I am not sure about fluoride or lead, you may do well with using a good water filter. However, I have seen evidence that hydrogenated water can effectively eliminated particular matter from the lungs and blood by enhancing phagocytic activity, but can reduce lung injuries by inhibiting lipid peroxidation...

The tablets don’t say how many parts per million of hydrogen are in them???
The tablets deliver over 12ppm in 500mL of water when prepared as per instructions in room temp water
And most machines on the market that claim to make hydrogen water produce between 0.1-1 ppm, and packaged hydrogen water products usually in the 0.3-0.6 range

Molecular Hydrogen is great when delivered by a great electrical plug in device... hydrogen tablets are useless!!... Brown's Gas hydrogen is 30% better than molecular hydrogen...
