Hey Doc! Can you do a segment on selenium sulfide? Cheers! I have read online that it is carcinogenic. Is this true? It seems to work wonders for my dandruff and helping with itchy skin issues. I was told to switch to selenium sulfide as opposed to head and shoulders as a pharmacist told me the latter can cause irritation for some people.

The only true hydrogenated water comes from the water being electrolyzed; not by having magnesium added, and I have the Kangen vwater machine that does just that. I have used it for 5 years and it does exactly what they say it can do. It revitalizes every organ in your body and gives you energy galore. Arthritis pain slowly disappears. Spectacular water because its like nature in a box, no added chemicals.

Hydrogen is very soluble in water under normal air pressure, elevation and room temperature up to 1.6ppm or 1600ppb in fact. Electrolysis is a much preferred process to metallic tasting magnesium tablets with toxic coatings. Studies have been conducted in Asia foe my than half a century, in fact, the government is official supporting and funding many of those studies which have been published in nature and other very reputable publications. Some of the people involved have been awarded with noble prices because of the contribution they made to science and human health.
If 99% of the molecules in our bodies are water molecules and a water molecule is one oxygen atom and two hydrogen atoms, it becomes quickly apparent that hydrogen had a very important role for us. Oxygen is sufficiently available in the air, hydrogen is not.

I have been working for years with electrolysis, and it's easy to do in a dy project, but no commercial 😢and the hard part is to hold the hydrogen because it can go through easy. But the fact is that water has the hydrogen in their composition, and it can hold no more. Just like he said in the video, it will evaporate .😅
Maybe if you sniff at the moment that it's processing, but before you try it, grab the gas and send for a test. 😅

What do you mean a "few questionable human studies"? I can see many studies from reputable universities that are randomized double-blind and placebo-controlled. And from many different countries.
It's important to note that the mechanism by which such small concentrations of hydrogen (parts per billion) can affect the body is not yet fully understood.
This has led to some skepticism in parts of the scientific community. However, dismissing the potential benefits based solely on the low concentration may be premature, as there are other examples in biology where trace amounts of substances can have significant effects.
