    Have you used any of the upgrades that I showed in my video? If so, I would love to know which one.

    This is awesome ! Do yoi have a tik tok? Where yoi can go more into depth on the roind tag?

      @Esther Flores I don't have tiktok, but I will link the round labels here. They are from inchbug website which is a small business and they are wonderful! They have the best, in my opinion, orbit labels which are round silicone labels for drink labels for kids as well as these disk flat labels. We use them or for my kids backpacks, lunch bags, and their yotos. They have no idea who I am, so this isn't sponsored or anything. But we have our kids first and last names, and my phone number on them, but you can customize what you want them to say.

    Hi, thanks for making this video it’s awesome. Can I ask how the silicone case is holding up?

    • @TheSimpleHaus
      @TheSimpleHaus  ปีที่แล้ว

      So far there hasn't been any ripping or stretching on the case, BUT I have now seen people use a shoe lace or ribbon to hook the strap on facebook.com/groups/Yotoplayergroup/posts/3437933329812041/ or use a D ring sewn on to put inside so you don't have to put any holes in the adventure jacket which is genius in my opinion. Here is an etsy shop that sells that version. www.etsy.com/listing/1457530571/yoto-mini-crossbody-carry-adaptor-strap?click_key=c656dad4e5e381ebb7eba057854edf04a264c922%3A1457530571&click_sum=c2da0475&ref=as_recently_viewed-4 You can either make your own version or buy theirs. I think any of these options are good. I can make a video on how to make the newer version, but I feel it would be overkill. :) Let us know which option you decide to go with!

      So…. I’ve caved and bought your idea. I think it will be best for us. Although I am a bit worried about the jacket ripping still. Will let you know how we go!

      @@nelehsims7957 I hope it works well for you, but you could always try the version with a ribbon with two knots on either end if your worried about the adventure jacket ripping. Good luck!

    Has your Yoto been scratched by the rings? Have you added pads to stop the scratching if so what did you use?

    • @TheSimpleHaus
      @TheSimpleHaus  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I haven't added pads , I just figured if we ever sell or regift our yotos, it would be with used yotos, so a few scratches won't bother me. However, after looking them over, after looking at them now, I don't see any scratches or scrapes at this time.

    How has this held up over the last year?

    • @TheSimpleHaus
      @TheSimpleHaus  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      So I took off the screw on connectors to see how they look, and after one year, I have seen no pulling or tearing at all. One of the connectors on my daugher's case was faulty and occasionally would loosen and unscrew itself. Once I replaced it with a new one, I had no more issues. Both of my kids are not careful with their straps either. I will say, after making this video, I found a new a way to add a strap without making any holes in their cases which I prefer only because you don't need to make a hole. However, both methods work great. I filmed a video on how to do that version and plan to get it posted soon.

      Would highly recommend using a bit of blue loc tite on it to keep the screws from backing out.
