4:18 lol after first when you said they were knock offs of vivos, i was thinking "well i'll just support vivo directory if i need a pair of running shoes" but then you said they were $37 and now it's got me thinking 👀
Yes the price is definitely a strong selling point here. You could buy 3 or 4 pairs of these for the price of 1 pair of Vivo Primus... you'd have 3 different colors maybe, and probably get an overall longer wear time out of multiple pairs of these vs. the Vivos. But yeah, there's something to be said for quality, sustainability, etc. of going with Vivo. We all have our factors we consider in decisions like that, so to each their own! :)
Ive had several pairs of Vivobarefoot shoes, including some within their Primus lineup. Im my experience with the lite and knit models(comparable to the Airhas models), the cost imo is rather unjustifiable. Ive had either pairs just completely wear down and apart surprisingly quickly at the sole and parts of the upper with mild to moderate walks n runs. The knit fairs better but are oddly narrow compared to the non knit counterpart. For near 200 USD, my sentiment is that the asking price is just ludicrous, based of course on my experience with them. But these Airhas models at a fraction of cost and similar styling are very promising and have held up just as well if not better than my primus models. I will say that the Primus trail knit FG models are some of the most versatile shoes Ive ever owned and have taken an absurd beating over the years and imo well worth the cost. Idk maybe I got a couple bad Primus pairs in the past tho but I am excited for more of what Airhas has to come
@@blobeyeordie solid comment. Kind of how I feel about it in this case. For $200, I would probably rather buy 5 pairs of these than 1 pair of Vivos--for the sheer potential color variety if nothing else LOL
Nice review of the shoes man . All of the shoes look nice on your feet 🦶 man. That suck about the red pair . That's what suck about having wide feet 🦶 man . But i live all my life with extremely wide feet 🦶 so i am just use to it now . How are you doing man? Josh I have a question ? Do you work from home ? This was a good video man. I enjoy watching your videos man so don't think they are bad because they are not . We have wide to extremely wide feet 🦶 & you are just saying what works for your feet 🦶 & what don't . Keep up the good video buddy .
Thanks for watching, Mack! I still have another review coming up soon with some shoes that might work on your feet, but some other videos have priority right now. You should trace your feet on a piece of paper, then measure the length and width and tell me what your measurements are. Let me know. Oh, and yes, I work from home.
Hi.. sorry I can't say that I have but I've walked in them a lot. I like to jog but right now I'm out of commission. As I mentioned in the video, these run a little narrow for my feet, so they probably wouldn't be my choice for running even if I was able to right now. I'm sure they're fine if you're already used to running in barefoot shoes though.
I have one foot bigger than the other! Longest foot is a little over 26.5cm, I’d say low volume (Motus flex fitted me well for volume). Shape; big toe and 2nd about the same length, then slopes from there! Thanks for replying 👍🏼
@@ammo_23 OK my feet are 27x11, so very similar, just a 1/2 cm difference in length. And your feet are "plateau-shaped" and low volume (mine are medium to slightly higher volume). OK that helps. With your length/width/volume/shape combination, look at my reviews of: Freet, Bohempia (the wide width sizes), Softstar's Primal line wide, Be Lenka, Luks, Fleeters, Lonowear, Magical Shoes, Splay Freestyles... If you want to go even wider, look at Realfoot and Wyde. For beaters on Amazon, look at Whitin and Saguaro. I have reviews on all of these brands (except Wyde) here on the channel. Just look at the thumbnail of my video, and if you like the style of the shoe, consider them. If anything floats your boat and you have additional questions, feel free to ask. Please also use my affiliate links and/or discount codes if you end up getting something. Thanks in advance!

Have you done long distance run in these (at least 5 miles)?

I too have 11cm wide feet...what are your fave minimalist/barefoot shoes to accommodate your width?!
Hi.. thanks for commenting.. First, how LONG are your feet in cm? What shape? What volume?
