I have been fixing for a living for over 35 years from lawn mowers to dirt pushers , Warren is one of the best! He does things his way, and gets it done. definitely not a dealership princess lol . keep it up
Great video as always! It probably comes in handy once in awhile to have a video of the problem to help the customer understand/ believe that his fan came unthreaded and was just laying in the shroud! Worked on a lot of tractors, but that's a first for me.
Thanks for the ride along sir, I like listening to the stories and experiences you have, I also enjoy watching and listening to you trouble shooting equipment issues.
Warren I do automotive but similar service calls always have to work all weekend I am so impressed how you keep all the stuff going how do you keep your customers happy Something I struggle with That all the time I am a one man army My new strategy is to work 20 days straight and take 5 days off Otherwise I go nuts I'm always afraid to turn someone down because it may be maybe a great customer for the future
I just about fell out of my chair when You found the fan laying in the shroud. Customer complaint : Engine runs hot. Warren : Small wonder... 🤷🏼♂️ Thanks for sharing. Best Wishes to You and Yours. 👌

Hey Warren, interesting day you had there! Hope we get to see the ending of this work. I always get the best enjoyment from your videos when we get to see them running and fixed. Hope you’ve had a great weekend. Thanks much for sharing your videos!
We always expected our operators to inform us immediately if something was wrong or broken and they were not permitted to do any repair at all. we saved so much time, money and energy that way. Fiddle fingers are bad news. My boss told me once a little bit of knowledge is dangerous !
I know those long long days but getting it running and working like it is supposed to, no better feeling and even better is when the son daughter or both are with me. Great for keeping bothersome customers that know it all, tell how to do it and if it weren't for the computers they would be able to fix themselves u all know what is being said they keep em occupied and I get em fixed. Really glad I stumbled upon yer Channel had an idea to make some vids for awhile makes me want to get busy on it Thank You for the motivation (kick in the backside). Keep it up. Been keeping equipment that wouldn't be allowed in a junkyard running for going on 24 years still love it.

Hey seen a guy who had several shorts and was blowing fuses. Had the old round glass type fuses… so his replacement to keep from popping!?!? Hep put live 22 rounds in fuse block as fuses😂😂😂😂
I've been "welding" plastic for forty years! We would customize our plastic car models using a soldering iron and spare plastic. It's like welding at a lower temperature. The trick is to use the right plastic "rod" or filler plastic to fill gaps and make reinforcements. You can buy kits online.
that was the Warren gods helping him with " WHY DID IT OVERHEAT " the clamp pointed him to the front fan location , as for the broken overflow , maybe someone put there body weight on it. Great to see your not busting a gut to fix stuff Warren , some years you were killing yourself. Great video's
Hello Sir! My Apologies now been viewing.. so not been able to give my Thumbs up! In support! I will try to go back on your page and catch up on your post to give my thumbs up ! To help jeep up the good ratings! Just keep up the good fight! Take care! Do nit let the brain dead take anything away! Just remember they are the problem! Any acknowledgement just gives them a chance of gratification they are off worth ! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🍻🍻
Hi Warren, you sure run into all kinds of crazy stuff, and it makes for an interesting video. That 20 year old kid could learn an awful lot from a guy like you who work's on everything. The green machine's used to be good, but all i see lately, is all the broken down piles of junk. Some of the farming channel's have the newer deere junk, and i saw one the other day that was a year old, and it needed a computer board replaced to engage the corn head, wouldn't run, and couldn't be calibrated. The sad thing, was that the guy bought the combine, and hadn't even used it yet, and he bought it from deere used, low hour's, and less than a year old. Obviously they didn't inspect it very well, or they would have caught the 1200 dollar fried chip. Nothing new is made to last like it did when i was a kid in the 70's and 80's. people need to prepare for when tshtf, because it's coming, and i see people financing some expensive stuff that the bank's will be collecting when everyone is broke. Getting out of debt is what the person looking around the world should should see. G-d bless everyone.
Would it be possible to hold a customer seminar and go over the recommendations for equipment maintenance. Seem that some owner/managers need reminding the hourly cost of diagnostics, compared to routine maintenance and repair. If I were you (good think I'm not) if they let some monkey screw up their equipment, I'd tell the owner SORRY, and good luck, I got better things to do.
"Another 20 year old kid that's never done a f**king thing is going to tell you that you don't know anything" - Amen.. As soon as we reach puberty we're the smartest we're ever going to be. The older we get the dumber we get because we become more humble and realize we don't know as much as we thought we did. I've had young female bosses and co workers who were surprised to learn that that the more they learned, the smarter the people around them became.... Let them ride around with you for a few weeks and they'll begin to have a small glimpse of how all your years of experience have added to your knowledge. Knowledge that they'll never own...
The so called operators aren't much. Kind of like steering wheel holders in the trucking industry. If you run a piece of equipment for any length of time you notice any little changes in sound or vibrations from how it normally operates. I don't know if folks are just that out of sync with what they are doing, or more than likely just don't care.
I like these work days, but they always leave me wondering what happened with the jobs you show us after the video, I’d kind of like to be a party to what the owner said to the anti-genius operator too !

the ford 7.3s are prone to that mine has done it twice not a clue why perhaps that little role back when the engine is shut down ? its a mistery
Someone must've unscrewed the fan to change a belt or something and couldn't get it back on or forgot to put it back on.
duct taping an intake hose......that is split........dusted a new engine, that sure is some stupid. Some people just should not be near machines.
