Shimi is about torp damage most of the time. Nowadays we have: Laf II who is an all rounded DD that provides some AA, tankiness and support capabilities. Mogador who has good gun DPS, good temporary "slow" and immunity skill while only loses 5% at best every 12 seconds or something. Elderidge retro provides skill that grant the vanguard 10 seconds damage immunity whenever she is hit (15% chance of activation though) and has a ghost built in ASW. Shimi isn't bad as a DD but nowadays we have more DDs that can do more than just one role.
this might be a question that could be too long to answer, and perhaps you already answered to in another video, but what makes hms aurora so good, or at least good enough to be in S tier?
@@RinJjPlays Actually it's five big events. (Rumley+Z52, To Love Ru, Pirate pt. 2, Amagi CV, Summer EU-shipgirls) + two minor events (Eldridge Retrofit, Zuihou) Basically no updates since early August. Eldridge in T4 feels wrong.

her debuff increases the entire fleets damage by a lot when it's applicable
Is Yuudachi not on par with the other UR DD's? Or does she require to much aid from her faction?
She's not as strong as many SSRs
