It's the games tick rate. You need certain amount of increments to see a difference in the gameplay.
Is this still the best boss fleet for auto farming 14-4? Or have the new URs and PR7 given players better options for this map?
you can put better crossfleet stuff in the vanguard but that's pretty much about it, since this backline never fails
this is a DD Guide but i have a question about Rumey You talk about the "Dead Zone". How does it affect Rumey? If this ship has a CL Main Gun equipped in her third weapon slot: sets that CL Main Gun's Detection Range and Range to 80 (105) and makes its shells penetrate enemy shields CL Main Gun's Detection Range and Range to 80 (105). Both are 105 so No dead zone no matter what gun i give her right?

Best surface torp is IB so... yay?
Most of the IB gear is perfectly usable, which is not something you can say for every faction. Looking at specifically the gold twin 128 AP gun you can actually get a lot of mileage out of hitting multiple targets and if you are using Z46 for any reason ( cute is reason enough ) you will want one of those, but it's otherwise not terribly useful.
Hindenburg gun for CA (best against medium/heavy) Bf109g for fighters (best against medium armor boss among sr only lose to LA-9) Junkers for torp bombers (best for bossing accuracy)
I'm a bit out of the loop on the meta, but don't they also have the best HE BB fast loading gun?
