Mmmm! Soo good and yes better then birria tacos don't get me wrong. Birria is one of my favorites dishes. But what kind of tortilla's do you use I can't seem to get the dipping right. I do enchiladas with no problem.So just wondering what kind of tortilla's do u use
I forgot the exact brand but you want to make sure you dont leave the tortilla soaking in the broth maybe the issue. Sitting too long in the broth will make them fall apart
@@WhipItUpWithJay No I think it's the brand I use they fall apart I'll try using Mission tortilla's there pretty go for stuff like that
@@maggiemadrigal2418 I live where there is a heavy Hispanic population and none of them use mission or any of the tortillas in the plastic bag lol. They use a brand called El Milagro, it come in a white paper pack. There usually like a dollar or two and they’re really good. They mold FAST though so u have to refrigerate or plan to eat the whole pack!
@@cp3onmtv963 where I live they have like 6 different brand of tortilla's but Those Mission tortilla's are good even the flour ones for burritos.
