I'm sorry but people need to get educated and stay away from diets if you don't know what you're doing. All you're doing is starving yourselves. Nothing about this is bad or fattening (although you need some fat in you daily food intake)... chicken is protein and filling, the seasonings are fine but if you need to substitute the salt or use less that's okay, you don't have to add the cheese, even of you don't want to consume the bread substitute it with lettuce. Heck you can even put this over a salad. Just get educated, and try a lifestyle change including EXERCISE versus fad DIETS. Otherwise, you'll hit a plateau and because you think your body has given up on you you'll fall into the poor, uneducated eattibg habits.

Do without the oven. Put a top on it and let it cook on the stovetop. Or try his other chicken taco recipe, most of the ingredients are left in a fresher state. They're absolutely delicious... especially the way he prepares the tortillas! I wouldn't lie to you!
