U can lol, people used a W58 or W55 transmission. they made a sleeve that fits the 1zz & One that fits the 2zz. I was gonna go that route bu instead Ima make it AWD by putting a 3S GTE in it 😂

Not gonna lie, if I had money to burn this would be the dream. Toyota Celicas are still my favourite cars. Going to keep mine forever. Sweet ride bro! So rare seeing people do work to Celicas in Australia.
Look up 2zz tuning in South East Asia, South Africa, Jamaica and Puerto Rico. If you have money to burn you can make 500hp+ but with a modest rebuild maybe some upgrades, race fuel, some wet nitrous and/or supercharger or low turbo boost you can have fun with the right price, start with a reliable suspension setup and transmission rebuild with a diff. It's still money but it's better than paying for a new car that isn't gojng to make you as happy.

This must be a turbocharged packed Celica, for a supercharged one... it could be lesser or more depending on components. I prefer supercharged since it doesn't have much lagged as turbos...
Hi! Bit of a silly question, but what exactly was done to the engine (and the entire car itself to achieve this)? I thought it wasn't possible to put a turbo in a 2zz, or at least that's what I've heard from a lot of people. Could you go into details about this project? Thanks!
I'm assuming the sleeves will have been replaced with iron sleeves instead of the metal matrix composite ones which can't handle boost very well. I've heard of people doing it but only up to like 7PSI without changing the sleeves. After that they're pretty strong engines, similar to a K series.

@@tapatap8005obviously you don't know the difference between the 1zz and 2zz unless you actually own the cars, and yes I would know, I have both and I have to say that the 2zz is so much better than the 1zz, heck, the 2zz even has more torque than the 1zz so I don't really know where you're getting that information from? And I'm from Europe so the standard cars for the 1zz is only 140bhp, while the 2xz here is 192bhp so it's just better. And if you want to go for a better built car I would suggest going for the 2zz and putting a supercharger in it which can take the car to between 280-300 bhp. And it's even better since the lift will still activate with the car. So for anyone out there please go for the 2zz engine and don't listen to this guy, because I doubt he's even driven a Celica before.
@@tapatap8005 The reason the MR-S does not have the 2zz is that Toyota was allowing Lotus to use the 2zz in their Elise and Exige during the same period. If Toyota put the 2zz in the MR-S they would have essentially made a cheaper version/ direct competitor to the cars Lotus was producing which would cause the long-standing relationship between the companies to crumble. Also, 2zz swaps in the MR-S are extremely common.

Θελει πιστονια χαμηλης συμπιεσης 9:1 και να περασεις χιτωνια darton και μετα το μοτερ αυτο ειναι ατσαλινο αντέχει πολλους ιππους.

@@SluGhR_VZ its the trans from a turbo mr2, a bit tricky to get and will need a few things to adapt it but it can hold alot more power (have a look at monkeywrench racing). what car do you need a 450whp 2zz in anyway lol

@@SluGhR_VZ its the trans from a turbo mr2, a bit tricky to get and will need a few things to adapt it but it can hold alot more power (have a look at monkeywrench racing). what car do you need a 450whp 2zz in anyway lol
