I used to think Superman was overrated, overpowered, and stupidly happy all the time. Now, as an adult, the painfully wonderful things he stands for mean so much to me. I'm grateful for the lessons he--- and Batman--- each, in their own way, continue to teach me.

Same. I'm creating a memoir film project using deepfake AI tech and footage from ten different films and a few shows for that very reason. I survived domestic violence as a child, and didn't discover until trauma recovery at the age of 39 that my inner kid had left me breadcrumbs back to him in the form of Superman all my life. I remember going to see Man of Steel and bursting into tears at the opening refrain, crying through the whole movie. Went back ten times to see it, happened every time. Similar happenings around Superman Returns, but Henry... I needed his Superman more than I realized at the time. When I'm finished, I hope my story not only heals me, but helps inspire and bring hope to others; to help them see themselves in their own heroes.
To the creator of this piece... thank you. Life with Complex PTSD isn't easy, but this piece, complete with Superman meditating (I've created art of the same!) is absolutely beautiful, soothing, and healing. 🙏🙏

I'm glad you used Henry Cavill as Superman. There have been many great Supermen over the years (Christopher Reeve was the OG Superman), but I really liked Henry's look and feel of Superman the most, even if his scripts didn't allow him to be the joy-filled Superman we were used to.
I liked it. He actually feels the burden of his powers as he tries to understand who he is and why he's there.

I dont know why i'm wanting to say this, but man....its been rough. On a good note as of today Dec 2nd 2023 I turned 28, but with it being my bday I realized so much as far as who I am and the people around me. I will always love and be there for family. I guess i'm also upset about whats going on so far in my life. I guess this is just a rant, so many people recently did me wrong and of course theres always the girl in the picture, where I put my heart and soul - gave everything I possible could just to end up ignored or blocked. I dont know, I showered today listening to this crying because a lot has happened and Ive felt used. Sometimes I feel like I need to become the bad guy in my story. I miss a lot..I miss my sister, my grandparents, my cousin. So much pain i''ve gone through..but its a new beginning a new year of life for me. Focus on what you can control and nothing else, focus on you, your health, your peace of mind. I'll get through it and will never, ever let someone chase or manipulate me, I will become stronger, smarter and wiser. They made their move on the chess board and now its my turn, my turn to make the next move, make them sit and think on what theyve done and win. Sorry guys...just so mad and angry and frustrated.

I honestly believe I could meditate for a good couple hours to this..
Just sitting in a quiet peaceful environment, with my eyes closed, feeling the music move all around me, while I’m not moving at all… slow peaceful breathing, while shivers, goosebumps, come and go letting me know I’m where I need to be, heading to where I need to be… at peace.
I remember hearing the score for Man of Steel and thinking how amazing it was(is) but also being disappointed it was only in small segments. Thank you for capturing the essence of score and making it 3 hours, wow.

This inspired masterpiece sunk deep into my soul within the first few seconds of listening, and as it just hits every emotion meanwhile, tears well up as the weight of this world is drawn out. I am blessed. I am going through an exciting time of life, but at the same time, there has been fear and challenges. I am exhausted. That is why wẹ as mẹn wẹre created as leaders. We were created first, Man! Our existance is simple on this temporary world... To worship God, Our creator. He sees everything,hear everything, and when he gives you hardship it is to level up, God loves you more than you love yourself. He put you exactly where you need to be, he wants you to trust in him, believe in him and be content with what he brings because at the end of it all you shall return to him. Just pray pray pray and worship God, it is all a test, be good to your follow man the way God is good to you and see the changes happen! Who ever is reading this, I love you like God loves me, he will give you ease as he gave you test that he knows you can handle, keep moving forward and pray constantly.
I had tears in my eyes because of this beautiful music. It's like a Catharsis experience. Everything will work out. Maybe the tears, followed by pain. Anyway, this music lifts me up and helps me stay positive, knowing that the hard and wild things in life will pass. Of course, you need to do something against it too. Just sitting and hoping everything will be okay is very naive. None of these heroes in these music videos have been just sitting around. Always fighting, always standing up. The same goes for us. But sometimes, when you feel overwhelmed, just sit down, close your eyes and listen to your inner heart through this music.
Maybe you've lost everything at the moment, and you feel alone and depressed. Maybe you take drugs. Maybe you think it's too late for you… But I can tell you, this kind of thinking just generates a state of mind, it becomes like a mantra, and then you're a stuck in destructive behaviors. And true HELL is not far from that. Never stop dreaming of a better self, a better future, and a better life! Find once a day a spot where you can sit down, listen to this music, and maybe cry for an hour. Then write down all your wishes, goals, and what you want to change and achieve on paper. And then read it in your mind like an affirmation. Do it every day, and I promise you will feel more uplifting and positive! And your thoughts will act differently. New ideas come to mind about how to fix this or that, or how to be proud of yourself.
What I learned in my 26 years of living is that pain is essential for rising. These people earn it at the end, because they have been through hell and see the difference between heaven and hell. The biggest enemies in life is arrogance, fear of acting, and narcism's These three together will destroy your life. People will reject you, and nothing hurts more than to be rejected. You think you are the center of the world, and everything moves around you like you are the king on the biggest mountain. Then people will heavily start to reject you. Because your egocentric view doesn't allow other people to grow. We, as humans, need to learn how to "play" together gently so that everyone can fulfill his full potential.
Fairness and unfairness are long-debated topics. What is fair? What not? Why can this one get to a university and the other not? Or get a dream job, or whatever he/she desires. Because the one who can go is, at this moment, skilled enough to do it. If you've been rejected, it means more work to meet their standards at the university or somewhere else. That was just an example. But my main point is that you can fall very, very deeply. And you can start to think about canceling your life, but never do it. Maybe it hurts so much that you take drugs to lower the pain. It is your journey, and all the decisions you have made have led you to this state of mind. It's a big journey in our lives, and sometimes parents are responsible for our treatment as human beings. How we behave in society or with other kids. Some basics parents need to teach us early on. But if they fail, we need to learn through rejection. And that's the most painful way. But you always have the choice: go the easy road and find an excuse for everything, or go the hard road and battle your anxiety and all your rejecting and show the world that your birth was special and that you have something to offer society, it was just hidden by all that bullshit life throws at us. Don't give up, always get up, and you will reach your dreams!
Shortly to me: I am at the moment struggling too. I lost this year a lot, like a lot. I was close to becoming a well-known actor. But I messed it up because of the little things I described above. I even let down my music band. Even though it was my biggest dream to become a musician, we have been so close, but then... I have a disease I battle every day, and that's FEAR. When your parents beat you hard as a child, you have FEAR like no other in this world. I needed to learn to be less afraid and be my own HERO. Go into the ARENA and fight like a gladiator. I always understand everything in my mind. But was weak on taking the right actions. And was afraid of making the right decisions. So I lost almost everything. My carrier, my girlfriend, and I started using drugs again. It was too much pain… I needed comfort. But.. All I said above is TRUE! Because before my biggest fail, I went through all the steps I described above! And I know I will climb back up, finally fulfill my potential, and be an example to others. So are you guys? Everyone, who is living their fullest life is also, at the same time, an inspiration to others. Because your energy is so high, you are like a magnet. But when people are extremely low, others can sense that, and take a step away from you. SADLY! It is very rarely, that someone helps you out of the deepest pit. Mostly, it's you alone, at least at the beginning, that needs to do the hard work. BUT THEN! The universe or the people around you-I don't know what kind of miracle-will come and help you. You are never alone in this world. Remember just these two things: ignorance, arrogance, and narcissism will destroy everything you love and everything you have built!
