It's important to recognize that loneliness is a universal human experience, and as a man, acknowledging and understanding your feelings can lead to personal growth and self-discovery.
DO NOT EMBRACE LONELINESS! There is a 70 + years study from Harvard on happiness and for over 70 years (it is still being studied today), every generation from all walks of life have come to the same conclusion: we are happier when we're around people (friends & family), especially our journey through life with them. This is what we will look back on after we retired and before we leave this world. You all can make up any excuses to cope by stating "we are alone when we come into this world, we will be alone when we die", or you can blame your terrible experiences with other people from your high school days or whatever, but it does not disprove anything from this study or our millions of years of evolution that still makes us all want to feel belong. Improve yourself now by picking something you're interested in, chase after it, make friends and find love along the way before you regret it!

Thank you for creating this. My Dad passed 3 years ago and I'm going through a rough and anxious time with my mum's illness. This music gives me some respite for my mind and thoughts. youre right a lot of that stuff is spiritual snobbery and not practical or scientific. its unhealthy to be isolated.
Thank you for your spirituality: I observe my attachments and desires now. When my mom was in this materislistic world I was very unhappy because I was attached to her, now she is not in this materialistic world I am sad.
