1.5 kg beef bones
beef shank
3 onions
A large piece of ginger
3 lemongrass
10 liters of water
chili sauce:
1 tablespoon crushed chili flake
One small chili
Half garlic
One shallot
One Lemongrass

Topping: onion rings, basil, lime juice
Seasoning: fish sauce, sugar, chili sauce
