When we were in North Myrtle in April, we had pizza at Daniello's Pizzeria on Main St in OD (near Kroger). It was thin crust & it was delicious!!! I highly recommend. Thanks for the honest reviews!
Pizza looks good. If you ever go down to Pawleys Island go to Massey’s Pizza. It’s thin and they make there own dough. The salad bar is clean and fresh. And it’s honestly the cleanest place we ever saw. I feel bad for you having to leave. I could tell you looked a little depressed. That’s how we feel in September when we are there for 3 weeks. Safe travels and God Bless!!
Yes, it's always sad when we have to leave and go home. But, we are excited about some things we have coming up in the next few months. It's great, that you are able to stay down there for 3 weeks.
Your last night?? Derrick I know that you love to fish but you never mentioned what you caught. When we go to the beach, (usually the Outer Banks), the main reason I’m there is to fish and eat !! Thanks for sharing your vacation experience with us!!!
I didn't mention what I caught, because there was nothing to mention. First trip ever, I didn't land anything. Was hoping the memory of me fishing, would fade from everyone's memory. The pier is still closed the last 1/3 of the way to the end, which made it much more congested than usual. I only fished 1 day, instead of the usual 2. Went out in the morning, and again in the evening. At night, we always go out to the very end, where the 3 ft. sharks hit at night. That is always a blast. Couldn't get out there this time, and I didn't see anyone else doing very well, either. Just a few small blues here and there.
We ate there years ago. We actually have talked about it again. She did get me something from there about 2 years ago, when I was out fishing on the pier. I don't know if we mentioned that in the review, or not. I know we did a video from the pier that night.

It was hot, that's for sure. I did like it when the wind was blowing, because that kind of gave some relief. But where we were staying was a little inland, and it was miserable.
We have eaten there several times over the years. This year we want to try Pizzeli’s in little river. Several people have raved about it so we are excited to try it.
Yall had me at pizza! I'm sure yall have had Papa John's pizza, so was the crust similar to theirs? The way yall described it made it seem that way too me. Ginger loves Papa John's crust the way it is , but I put my slices in the frying pan to crisp it up, so it isn't floppy on the end!
The pizza look delicious the only thing that bothers me is that sofa and recliner there.. lol You should also try Georgio's on Main Street in Ocean Drive it's good...
I can't necessarily say that it bothered me, but I did think it was strange to see a sofa and chair in the pizza place. Especially when they had to use smaller booths just to accommodate the sofa. It was already small enough inside of there.
I've never heard of that, honestly. We don't really go down to Myrtle Beach to eat a lot. We usually stay up around North Myrtle. I think we've only reviewed maybe 3 places in Myrtle Beach, and 2 of those were at Broadway At The Beach. Sorry I couldn't give you more information, but I just don't know the place, and I don't know if they're still open.
I agree 100%. I prefer that, as well. With my swallowing disorder, I have to have more than just one canned drink. I need something where I can get refills. Doesn't matter if it's tea, water, or whatever. I always have to have at least two or three drinks.

Have you thought about reviewing the restaurant at the Cherry Grove Pier I ate there recently and it was pretty good.

Maybe similar, but also different. Especially around the edges. It has been a while since we ordered from there, though.
