    In this video, I have shared my experience while trying to claim my reverse camera/infotainment system under warranty. Honda has some bad warranty replacement policies.

    Appreciate your patience ! Same problem with my Honda Amaze VX MT, its a new car just 1 month old when I am posting this comment. During the first service I reported this issue, and what service people did is just factory reset the system. The problem is still there. This problem doesn't occur in every cold start but yes sometimes it does. One more problem I noticed is if you have saved someone's name in your phone's contact list with any special emoji, when any call comes from that person and you system is connected with your phone via Bluetooth, the Bluetooth gets disconnected and shows some message like "Null is connected" .

    I bought Ford Aspire iso Amaze last year for many factors including thinking of Ford India service commitment. But, what to say as you rightly explained when customer face issue there we have to see how these brand perform....

    I seem to have the same problems mentioned in your video it's been only 2 months since I bought my Amaze vx cvt, On first service they lubricated the windows and reset the player, they advised me to take a video but it's not easy because this problem is not frequent both problems still exist have sent a mail to Honda Motor waiting for reply....

    There r some serious issues with ur particular service centre, yes I agree the service of Honda is not as good as portrayed but once my lower arms of Amaze were making rattling sound and I was provided with a new set of arms by the dealer free of cost within 15 days of time,

      मैंने काफ़ी और लोगों से भी पता किया है, ये कैमरा वाली दिक़्क़त और किसी को नहीं आयी है। मेरे में मैन्युफ़ैक्चरिंग डीफ़ेक्ट है ।
      बुकिंग कैन्सल मत कराइए पर डिलिव्री लेने से पहले सब चेक ज़रूर कर लीजिएगा अछे से ।

    Brother, hope you are fine and doing good. I have same problem in my new honda amaze. Please guide me how to resolve this issue, my first service was done 2days back and I was informed but they didn't do anything regarding this camera flickering issue.

      They wont do anything for this flickering issue in the service. only solution to this problem is replacing the system, I had even given my system for repair to honda for 20+ days i was driving without the system.. even that didnt work. ultimately i had to go on twitter and make extensive noise, then only they agreed to replace. You can tell them and ask to replace first, or raise the problem at honda greivance portal and ask for replacement. thats the one and only fix for this. its a manufacturing defect.

    😐 Sorry to hear your experience. It's with Ford as well... you'll waste time and loose peace of mind dealing with such kind of dealers and their so called expert mechanics.
    CC are puppets of dealers. You can reach out consumer forum/ jago grahak jago.
    You have to keep patience and possibly look for some other trusted service center.

      Yes that is resolved, after 2-3 days of lubrication.

    Hi Arpit, thank you for sharing your experience. I have also booked Amaze CVT and awaiting delivery. Hope the issue with infotainment system gets fixed soon for your vehicle. I am also hopeful that this issue doesn’t come for any one else as it’s very much frustrating to get issues in the new vehicle and only you must be understanding what you are going through..

      Do a proper PDI, specially the Reverse camera, and moreover if you see it for once also dont accept the vehicle, because if you take your vehicle out of the showroom, god knows when this will get fixed, because Honda is still not aware how to fix this. They eat up months of your time in just inspecting the issue.

      No need to cancel, but do a proper PDI before taking the keys. My system got replaced last week and now its working fine. To avoid this after sale issues, do a proper PDI
