Thank you Coosh.. last Engi guide that I have been working with and comfortable with was Biggs' 7.1 guide.. Still pushing 28K on that one. Nice to have an updated version. You are the man!!
I just started SWtor and u are by far my favo content creator all guides are so helpfull and great for new players to understand their classes outside that your content and stream is just amazing to watch!! keep it up cant wait for the other class guides this model of guides is truly amazing
Good guide, Cooosh. Just wanted to throw this out there as a possible alternative for people to try out. This is with Evasive Maneuvers instead of Takedown, as I personally find the extra survivability better in more difficult group content, but that's just me. This is with the exact same stat distribution as Cooosh shows. It also has a much simpler opener. Opener: Orbital Strike > Snipe > Crouch > Interrogation Probe > Targeting Systems > Adrenal > Explosive Probe Rotation: Always start this with Series of Shots > Plasma Probe. It then breaks off into one of two series. Series 1: EMP Discharge > Fragmentation Grenade > Corrosive Dart Series 2 (after another SoS + PP): Snipe * > Fragmentation Grenade ** > Explosive Probe Repeat. * - Use Orbital Strike instead when it's available ** - After this Grenade, use Adrenaline Probe to extend Systems Upgrade. When AP comes off cooldown, it should be at this same spot in the rotation.
If anyone asked what my swtor main class was, Engi would very likely be top choice. I have many Engi toons. Nevertheless, found something I hadn't noticed before, so thank you and Scooby for this one😊
Thanks a bunch for all the guides and help. I got one small question tho. You're goin with 2704, ins't that too low? I mean to get over 10% extra acc (110%) you need like 3000-3100 or did I miss something? Because any stats lower than 10% is making you do a ot less dps, like if you even have 9.95%. Have a good one and hope you can clear my small dilemma with myself here. I use Rishi SH to check the stats btw.
2704 is the perfect number for accuracy. With that number, you have 110,03% ACC (you don't need more). But you can do that only with legendary implants. I'm not sure about the purple or blue implants. I recommend you to watch this video 'HOW I GEAR MY DPS (SWTOR 7.4)' Just search it in the Cooosh channel
Hi. I am disabled and looking for a character that will not have a difficult and long rotation with the keyboard. I was told that Sniper is easy to use, but I don't know which one? I currently play Sorc Madness and it is easy and static, which suits me very well. I play solo and with a team for pve e.g. operations or flashpoints, but not pvp. Can you tell me which sniper would be easy and good for pve content?
Hello there!! Id recommend Engineering honestly. The rotation is very static and can do ALOT of damage. Marksmanship is also static and has the least amount of abilities but the damage is just very bad atm.
However, I'd like to know, is the outfit worn by your cathar a complete suit of armor or is it made from a mix of armor pieces ? If so, I'd like to know the name of each piece of armor, please ?
Thanks for the video. My old ass can't even comprehend trying to play this in PvP. I've stayed away from Engineering over the years because it looked too hard, and it doesn't look like it has gotten any easier. I noticed that, during the opener, you missed some glowing abilities like the grenade. Is that on purpose?
Yeah it is skipped for the opener to get a little more heavy hitters in. We are gonna use Adrenaline probe in the opener so that's why Im a little more greedy there. And sorry for the late response lol
10/10 guide

Was awaiting this with great anticipation that there would be a few nuggets for me to improve and you did not disappoint - excellent work as always.
I really like you added more planets for the demonstration parts, adds a lot more color to it!
Thank you!! Ive been trying to use more and different planets!
Thank You Cooosh.. First you get me playing Virulence... Now I.m playing engineer.
As a sniper main, this is another very solid and well made guide. Would love to see what you could put together for Marksman one day
Will do!!
Wonderful guides! Hope you'll cover operatives as well :3

COOOOOOOOOOOOOSH.. when ya gonna give us an AP PT Guide?
Probably after Lethality! I wanted to get those done first BUT I WILL DO AP!
I love Sniper, but the lack of cleanse is huge, specially in harder endgame content.
You just roll
@@93goryl10PL that's not sniper, that's operative. Sniper's roll only removes movement impairing effects, it's not a cleanse.
