Thank you for posting such a comprehensive video but I think we would all like to see the actual fix.? Please let us see the bent bracket pedal fix. :)
I had a similar problem with my 2009 2.4 TDI Transit. Turned out to be loose wires from the accelerator pedal where my aftermarket cruise control had been connected. I did have "limp mode" issues before the cruise was fitted and the mechanic feels that the wiring may have been the problem from the start. All error codes have now cleared.
Hi, I have a 2009 mk7 transit motor 2.2 puma TDI. My problem startet like 2 years ago with the rpms oscilating from 750 to 850 at ralenti, but power remain normal. Nowadays the engines turns off suddenly when I stop at the traffick lights or when I downshift. Once it turns off I can restart it normally but it starts with a little bit of black smoke. The power loss is not dramatic but its not the same than 3 monts ago. What can be my problem cause? I hope you to help me cus I fell lost with this.
Usually they're attached to a bracket that is part of the brake pedal assembly, not the brake pedal itself. The bracket/tab where they seat, can be knocked out of position. Rather common problem in certain designs! So when people drive should avoid "kicking" with their feet like a spoiled brat! This is the result! LOL 😂 Small feet are an added advantage! ;-)
I have the same problems with my car ,the same model ,and the same errors i have no accelerate and it smoke sometimes ,after 10 min running are working perfectly
Do you service your vehicle regularly? I have had my FORD TRANSIT for thirteen years. I have had no problems. I had a limited slip differential installed - ETON Detroit True track.
The greatest problem with the Ford Transits in Australia is rust in the roof and the rear area. I have had my Ford Transit fully treated and all rust removed.
Due to the faulty paint adhesion, FORD Australia and I are negotiating for new paintwork. In every other aspect, my Ford Transit has been brilliant. I know nothing about the new models.

It’s not a fault. Service reminder light. Ignition on, Hold down brake and accelerator pedals for about 10-20sec it will flash and go away. Also, maybe service the van too.

LM Auto Repairs I bought a E90 330i without cruis control. If I want to add this option I need to change KOMBI and also add the LDM module for braking when lower speed with cruisecontrol. Googled to find the answer but no success.
@@ChangoeMotorsport Hi I think.... and I have not investigated... but I think you don't need to replace nothing... You will need a steering wheel module, or stalker with the lever for the cruise control... from there, is only coding...
LM Auto Repairs thats what i already did but my car is before 09/2006 and after the brake function has built in to ABS module. I dont know how to connect this module to the FRM and the CAS
The secondary battery has a relay which shuts off after a while too stop it draining the start battery. If the second battery is flat you will have starting issues and the central locking will not work.

Has this one got 2 batteries? The aux battery being low could have cause the dash and blowers to go off.
