I feel the first woman should be allowed to speak the language she is fluent with. I think she has more to say but unable to speak english or express herself well. I also feel she is under going some traumas.

The question should be if the car was bought for her and on her name?,if it was bought for her and on her name then the car belong to her and should be replace by her mother inlaw,because any present or gift exchange out of love can never be taken back even if the relationship ends.

You're right Johnson Godwin. The plaintiff in my opinion couldn't express herself clearly! Even the fufu sellers who can't press the petal of a car seemed to explain their case more clearly; although this might be due to her being nervous. Meanwhile, I think she should have sued the ex-mother-in-law!

It is often said that the Court is not a Father Christmas. This means that the Court will not descend to the arena to dole out remedies not asked for by the parties. But, this Judge has shown so much kindness, and it is really touching. Her gesture here is a bailout both to the Plaintiff and the Defendant. But, don’t get it twisted, you can never get this type of judgment from a regular Court. Kudos to her.

Kingsmen, village men, please stop stressing the children of the deceased to pay stupid money. These children now sees it as a norm to cough out the money they don't have so they can bury their loved ones. Biko now, its stressful enough to loose her father. I never knew such custom existed until a family friend lost her father too.
She had to borrow to settle these people at the village.
