All I see in Nigeria are so many people suffering without a government that cares.. Your honor, may I suggest you open a trust fund for the court to help genuine cases that can be validated. I will love to help in anyway I can, and I'm sure many will like to contribute as well because we know the fund will be put to good use - to help those genuinely in need after reviewing their cases. I follow the justice court as I have watch over 100 episodes. Justice Funmi is so matured in all her judgement and always putting human feelings. I stay in UK 🇬🇧 and I'm so proud of this court the way and manner she handles all cases.
This case is quite complicated to rule on. Often times we cannot understand why some litigants that get assisted financially by the court never show any form of appreciation😠... we seldom see them saying "Thank you" to the judge. It's a very annoying ungrateful behaviour ooh🙄
I don't think this should be brought up here. Her situation is quite unique and have not been solved. This case has not ended despite the judgment. A Construction worker (mere labourer) won't be able to pay up the N300,000 except if he gets help elsewhere. The judgement only solved the matter partially.

I started watching Justice Court recently and i must commend the Judge for her Judgments and the large heart she's got. God bless your honor. Having said that, your honor, i think the court sounds system should be adjusted(if there is)in such a way your honor would hear the plaintiff/ defendant clearly and vice-versa. For us, we are hearing you both clearly. Regarding what the man said, if he had such money, there's no way the matter would've ended in court and some other cases like that, the judge had to make the litigants repeat themslves.
