Hey mate, I have a Pajero but next to the main battery (where you’ve installed the battery tray) I have a fuel vapor canister blocking the location for a secondary battery install - any tips on a workaround for this? I want to install a dual battery system within the bonnet but don’t know a whole lot about it. Cheers

Hi mate, The fuel canister should be pretty easy to relocate, should be just hoses that may need to be extended or shortened. But the battery does have to go in that location.

The previous owner of my NW had work done on the Pajero including trailer brakes and spot lights, but someone had cut the rubber part. The auto electrician guy I got to do some other work fixed it by using a butt load of silicone to seal things up but how hard is it to replace the rubber seal? Where is the nearest joiner for the wiring harness?

Hi Craig, not sure how much it is from Mitsubishi but changing it wouldn't be real easy as the whole harness would have to be feed throug it unfortunately

Is there a video of the aux tray install? You could of possibly installed the cig socket flush to the existing plastic and not use that bulky cover it comes with.
