Except the boxes ARE shipped based on region, its worded exactly - "Step 2: Choose Region It doesn't make any sense to send the same baits to Ohio and Florida in the summer. The stages of the spawn are different and the water temperatures and depths are different. So by telling us where you love to fish and your style, we can send you the best baits for the conditions you're fishing." It looks like the value is there with Bass Finder, which is a huge issue with sub boxes. I'll have to keep an eye on them and maybe get a sub.
