I hear people question his Education. Joho seems to be the most learned Governor Kenya has as at now. His English on point. His action are real not for political basement. It doesn't take away from the fact that the thugs know she's in possession on Ksh 100,000. It will not stop them from robbing her. If they rob people living in "secure" neighborhoods, how much more accessible is she to them.
Money being in the account is mostly safe & secure due to 2 things
a. Difficulty in accessing it
b. Privacy - Not knowing how much is in your neighbor's bank account.
Am not in objection of the gesture. I object to the manner in which it was done. They placed this lady in a vulnerable position.
