You’re gonna be sadly mistaken if the color on the can is correct. Look up surf green. Kind of a light mint green
Great work! Glad to see another one being brought back from a potential grave. The only thing I would have done differently is doing a +1” enclosed torque box, gives the body a lift and helps keep the frame clean.

My only 2 cents with living in Canada and dealing with rust ... Before I hit it with any paint I use a rust converter on any surface rust. Just a tip that might help you in the future... Also have you ever thought of getting a sandblast system .
He's already been using Eastwood Rust Encapsulator on basically everything.

Once again, as usual, I’m just so impressed with your dedication, attention to detail.
You can also buy a shock soc for that drive shaft to make the seal not go bad longer from dirt and water hitting it
Nice work! That hood louver works wonders for trapped heat. Another part to look for that helps with heat soak at the manifold is an exhaust heat shield. Mopar made sleeves for the injectors as well. This area at the manifold is know to trap debris and cause fires. Cheap part and very much worth it. Might as well replace your ac condenser while you got the grill off. Looking forward to final build!

I was thinking about painting my tj with tractor paint. Since its just a gloss black anyways! enamel is hard tough stuff! It would be cool to get some metal flake in yours excited to see what you pick out!!!

Ppl hate on me that I put an LS1 in my Dakota and but they didn’t buy it, they didn’t built it and I couldn’t give two fks what others think of it. I built it for me and only me.

impressive! former 80’s CJ-7 and current Cherokee owner here and watching you takes me back 40 years when I was driving my CJ!! One minor thing about your video is that you clap your hands a lot which after a few times became a detraction to me. Otherwise I can’t wait to see the next video in the series and the new color!

Seeing this amount of rust makes me never want to by a Chrysler/Stellantis product. It’s like they found the cheapest pig iron available and said “I guess this’ll do”.
Zach could you please find some new music during assembly and build? Is weird listening to corporate inspirational lofi hip hop, while your doing mechanical work. There's a few tracks that sound like the track is constantly being paused and unpaused its really weird.
