Prior did slip by saying Tammy was murdered in so many words. That gives one an idea where his mind truly is. Can't be easy to defend someone like Chad. Prior did try to get out of it, the judge said no no.
Nothing he is saying makes any sense, he is trying hard but getting nowhere, he also said that Chad never once said or texted LET'S KILL THE CHILREN, but neither did Lori or Alex, if that is evidence then nobody killed the children, or maybe yes the shovel killed the children.

Chad and Lori stopped at nothing to be together without dealing with life's challenges like ex-spouses and prior kids and they did it in an expedited and sloppy manner using Alex as their hit man (who is obviously a few fries short of a happy meal like his sister). Not only did they decide together to go down this path but the fact that they profited on the deaths make it even more disgusting and a financial agreement. The fact that anyone is supposed to BELIEVE that 4 people died who were standing in the way of this plan was mere coincidence or only Lori or Chad's doing alone and not together didn't listen to all the evidence. JP tried his hardest to point the finger at everyone else...but there's just too much evidence that says otherwise.

Is Chad saying the kids were dark, the question I wonder is that an agreement to kill the children. Did Chad say or agree that the children must die? Was an agreement of that made? Chad is GUILTY, of course. Today Prior did a good job for the first time in this trial, IMO. Chad will be convicted, for sure, the only doub is between life in prison or death.
He really hurt his client by pointing out the agreement came from Chad. Charles Vallow isn’t a part of this trial. Where is the agreement? In text messages from one person to another with date and timed stamped are THE FACTS. He’s trying to say, you can get a message misconstrued via text. Chad’s done. IMO
Chad was greedy, Lori was greedy and at the end of the day prior was greedy by getting the house as payment. He tried to get out of representing Chad but the judge wouldn't hear of it and he was stuck with the case. Prior did his arrogant best but must have known it was useless.

Silent agreement....he never ever came out claiming innocence and telling truths about others involved. Never shared anyone elses so called guilt. He continues to hide. No declaration of innocence.

Well as part of the evidence the prosecution weaved the murder of Charles and attempted murder of Brandon into the case...... He pretty much had to address it
Yep, there wasn’t ENOUGH evidence to prove his involvement in Charles and Alex’s deaths. Or Brandon’s attempted shooting. That’s why he wasn’t charged in those cases. That may mean he isn’t legally accountable for them but it does not mean he is innocent either. There is always a chance they find more evidence or that Lori spills her guts and provides details that can be verified. But spelling out that they didn’t have enough to prove a case, therefore he wasn’t charged just emphasises that there WAS enough to prove his involvement in these three.
Chad,Lori are both guilty accountable for these horrific crimes.
