Yes, that's correct.
The dripper and stand are nice, but the pitcher is awful. It loves to drip. I got rid of mine and replaced it with a hario #3 range server. Not as pretty, but far more functional.
How many gram of tea?
For this tea, a botanical blend from Rishi, we used 12 grams of tea leaves and 350 grams of water.
Tea is brewed in a earthenware teapot… Anything else is sacrilege…. 😂
