In Asia in an old Chinese library I found some old Shaolin books that showed kettle balls training and and now I start to think that kettle ball came from Shaolin and China and not from Russia so can you please is try why to show how Shaolin used kettle ball training and train with kill balls originally thank you.

That's til they fight someone who's seasoned in Ju Jitzu, boxing and judo. I've seen countless vids of mma dudes taking down "shaolin fighters".

@@kevinfrimpong969 you might have seen countless videos of fake “masters” getting dropped, I watch videos similar to what you’re describing all the time and I don’t see Shaolin warrior monks in any of the ones I’ve seen and the ones I have seen have been fake ass none sparring tai chi idiots fighting sanda fighters or MMA fighters, Kung fu has its uses but I wouldn’t go pulling a horse stance against an MMA fighter it will last seconds horse stance and a lot of the traditional forms are good for strengthening and that’s what anyone with a brain from a kung fu background would use them for

You could try hand grips. That's what I've been using.

For me it is best when I think, wjy I want to strengthen some part of myself. Which task do I want to do? Then I find "easier" variations and do them.
Also ypu could stick your hands in a bucket of sand or rice or marbles or whatever, and just move them around. It's like resistance Training for your fingers.
