amazing episode gavin is one of my favorite concept artists right now
I would LOVE TO if you can have Dario Jelušić as a guest to your podcast. I am Croatian, he is from my city and huge huuuge inspiration to become game artist. I really wanna know more of his story and also it can be very useful to show how ppl from that part of EU get in the industry. There are no opportunities to be concept artist in Croatia, maybe some studios have that but again,its very rare, our industry is extremely small (you have like maybe 4 big studios and they only have illustrators and generalist, Croteam studio have concept artist but they dont change the team). If you are an artist in that small country or you are doing any creative field, its a horror on earth. Most of these countries dont value creative field, our only option is to look other countries, move out and hope for the best. Remote is a life saver if you get a chance but still...i personally would rather move out and live where my skill will be valued. I am soooo glad Gavin mentioned him and be inspired by him, its such an unique opportunity, truly amazing. Great podcast as always
