After recently suffering a miscarriage and almost a year later getting pregnant again makes this pregnancy a little bit more scarier because of the trauma that happened with the miscarriage. Thank you for the videos this really helps understand more
I am so incredibly sorry for your loss, I know and understand how difficult it is. I am so happy for this pregnancy and extra happy to help with the videos! You are so strong!!!
Yes yes yes. We need a part 2!!! I’m 8 weeks pregnant and am learning so much!!! I have soo many questions!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with all of us!
Thank you for this video! You described every first trimester symptom I had. Knowing what caused those symptoms makes me even more appreciative of what my body is doing.
Understanding the frequent urination was great! I was so annoyed to find out frequent urination wasn’t just a 3rd trimester issue haha. Definitely interested in a Trimester 2 video, that’s the stage I’m in currently.
Omggg my first Trimester was so hard. I felt so sick everyday and it was sooo hard to eat anything and keep it down. And apart from all of that, THE HEADACHES! It’s everyday and it’s soo bad. I was so miserable lol. 2nd trimester here I come !
I found out I’m pregnant March 6th, didn’t have a period in February (tested negative all month) and last period was January. So I have no clue when I’m due! (PCOS)
This was awesome! I just found out I’m pregnant (second pregnancy, first was twin girls who are now 4) but I’m having some low belly discomfort... kind of like pulling or some pressure. Is this a symptom I should be worried about?
Just found your page and I really like the way you go about womens health! Do you have any recommendations for workouts for postpartum to strengthen core uterus and all that jazz?? Or do you know of any public figures or programs for postpartum pregnancy?
Doctor, can you please tell me if I ovulate late (cycle day 25) can you tell me how I can figure out how far along I am? LMP was 5/14. Conceived on 6/10. I know from date of conception I am technically almost 4 weeks. Can you please helpppp lol thank you.

Eating apples during pregnancy is a plus, it'll help with the constipation, you have to make sure you eat the skin
