This .22 LR, known as the “Jaguar,” was the silent partner in covert operations across Europe and the Middle East. Join Andrew at BTO Range as he breaks down the unique features of this stealthy little pistol, from its open-top slide to the distinctive cat-themed design that Beretta was known for in the 60s and 70s. Get a closer look at the history, disassembly, and what makes this gun a hidden gem for collectors today.
Another great video and your experience. Thank you
Been binging your content lately. I miss this format.
Note: I always wondered what happened to you after mythbusters 😂
I have a pair of mod 81s, .32auto with 12 round cap.
Super cool. That was my great uncles gun, he purchased it in the late 60’s & passed away a few years ago. Hoping that it goes to someone who will enjoy and appreciate it!
I bought a new 70S I believe in the late 70’s. It is the 22 rimfire model and only functions reliably with high speed.22s. The S May stand for its fully adjustable rear sight. Tried to use standard velocity but ran into stove pipes. Believe it may have been out of production when purchased but Beretta luckily still had some in stock. All steel and an accurate little gun.
Beautiful pistol! Also, first comment! ❤
Nice looking pistol for her age.
How the classics keep going up. $600!!
Beautiful piece! Unrelated, but I love my 21a Bobcat. These are excellent handguns
I missed out when they imported them several years ago, live in CA at the time and could not have one.
Unfortunately my 71 that I just got the 1/2-20 threads are not square to the barrel. With my adapter my suppressor points hard left in relation to the sights.
The barrel could be rethreaded to M8x0.75 (Walther P22) which can be adapted up.
