Strong Duct will keep sound generated in the duct layer within the duct. Moderate layer is only going to let a moderate amount of sound to cross the layer upward.
Harpoons are only useful in vanilla for being slightly harder for enemy CIWS to shoot down. But shooting missiles at something with CIWS is dumb in the first place, so I always use TASM because of it's bigger warhead. That almost always ensures a single hit is enough for the landing ships/merchants/sverdlov that I fire them at, since I usually only fire missiles at fleeing non-combat ships after hitting all the escorts with torps. For LA 3 or Seawolf only missiles I take are 4 TASM and 8 TLAM (if I don't feel like rushing back to base if I get a base strike mission), 4 or 6 moss and then fill remaining spots with 48's.
Seems like a good loadout. I hate wasting space on TLAMs, especially since allegedly the "Come back to reload" mission only triggers if you are below 25% of total ordnance, and that counts TLAMs.
