Yeah I’m a mayo supporter and I went to all Ireland’s I could and heart broken every time but the team gets so pressured especially when they are loosing and when there’s a crowd it’s very unlucky but I will always be proud of them for trying as hard as they can Dublin is just a stronger team ❤️💚
It’s a difficult topic this. Good analysis though 👍🏻 I subscribe to the belief that you get what you deserve in life generally and to achieve you have to put the hours and the work in. I’m not 100% sure you can say that about Mayo. They clearly put the hours in, and came storming through the back door like lions so many times. They’re also the only team to really push Dublin (the greatest of all time ???) to the edge. Perhaps with the exception of Kerry in the drawn game last year. It seems almost patronising to say they’re the greatest team ever to NOT win Sam maguire but it’s probably true. That’s no comfort to a Mayo fan but there you go. Nobody will hand it to you, you have to grab it and on too many occasions they’ve made fundamental errors when the finish line was in sight. The thin line between success and failure is exactly that. I wish Mayo well. I’ve always enjoyed their company pre and post games and there’s a massive passion there no doubt. Your day will come.

Can’t say I agree with you about a lack of desire because why would they keep coming back every year after losing an all Ireland final. Mayo are definitely the best team never to win an all Ireland. Good video though

So true. Its disrespectul to the players too, its an amateur sport played in professional proportions. The mayo team through the years in my opinion are the most passionate and desire filled team ever to play the game. #Mayo4Sam forever.

I feel like this year this new crop of mayo players bring something new to the table and we are currently in transition,I believe next year we will we back and possibly make it to the all Ireland finals,probably face Dublin then lose but this time the game will be closer
Nah were going to loose in conought because were in division 2. Then go through backdoor and beat Dublin in the quarter finals only to loose a final to somone else probably kerry.

The next video should be what has gone wrong with Dublin's tactics and mindset in 2021.
Focusing on the Wexford, Meath, Kildare and Mayo championship games. Plus how Dublin played in league. Also how the same patterns seemed to be happening in games etc.

I think we can give u a pass since you did say in the info 'why i think' ....Quite a negative view on Mayo's most successful team ever and if not for this Dublin dynasty would probably have at least 3 all Ireland's between 2012-2017
-> Lack of conditioning in 2012/ not getting to grips with Michael Murphy & co? we steamrolled into the finals..in the finals it was poor defending/poor tactics in regards to stopping Colm Mcfadden and Michael Murphy which ultimately led to them getting the two early goals.... Mayo were the better side for the majority of the match but couldn't reign in them 6 points.
-> Lack of desire in connaught? we won 5 in a row :P ..after 2015/16 there was a lot of mileage in the legs so the spine of the team were peaking for late summer champo.
-> Weak mentality? .....to get to All ireland finals in 2012, 2013 ( lose by a point to dublin with all of their advantages), 2014 lose to the eventual winners in a replay after alot of dubious ref decisions, 2015 to dublin (the eventual winners after a replay & their advantages), 2016 losing the final to Dub ( advantages etc etc )after a replay, 2 own goals 2017 by 1 point
But to be fair its a outsiders view looking in so in that regards the video was well put together! ( thumbs up )
I think your next video should be about how and why Dublin utterly dominated GAA! :D Funding, 'home stadium', coaching, amount of players to pick from, players travel/journey times compared to rural players....plenty to work with :D

In previous years I would say they only show the desire when it's necessary in big games but definitely not early on when they were getting beat in Connacht or scrapping through qualifiers. This team today looks different however and if they don't win it this year they will at some stage as alot of the points I made in this, are not valid with this new crop!

Cillian said after the 2013 final that the ref told him there was time left and guess what that refs nickname is Dublin Joe. Mayo are at most to blame but you can’t deny poor refs in Deegan and Dublin Joe. Only good ref there is David Gough.
The ref told Cillan O'Connor he had one chance left BEFORE he took the free when two points down. CO'C dilly dallied over the free taking ages on it eating up Mayo's time. After the game C'O'C admitted he misunderstood the ref in heat of battle.

This commentary is lazy and poor. Clearly tinted in blue. I live in Kildare but to not acknowledge what this Mayo team have contributed to Irish Sport this last decade is very unfair. And while this Dublin team is absolutely the best Gaelic football team to ever play, I think it grates with a lot of Dubs that they are not loved and they don’t enthral the way Mayo have done. People want to see characters on a team and Dublin have none (now that McCaffrey and Connolly are gone).
I think it’s probably beyond them, but it would be a huge fillup for the country if Mayo did it this year. In fact bro see anyone but this brilliant, but boring, Dublin team win Sam would be refreshing

You'll notice around the 13th minute I praised this Mayo side and said that if it hadn't had been for this dominant Dublin side it wouldn't even be a discussion. If you watch this channel you'll note I was one of the people who said Mayo would go far this year when nobody else would 👍 also not sure what you mean by "characters" but I don't think the Dublin players will care about that when they count all their medals at the end of their career.
Mayo will win it for you this year lad They only need to believe in themselves. They have the bigger heart
