      I'd sub if you'd of took a SECOND to read through your comment section and at least connect to those that legitimately need some guidence, mot saying EVERYONE is your responsibility BUT expecting n basically praying on subs to help YOU and your journey is fkd up IMO pay it forward

    Good morning, Jason! I say this after not sleeping for the last 3 days! Thank you, Sir! Recently my husband died and I was in the room. Every time I'd close my eyes, I was back there in the hospital room...NOT last night. I slept well. You are saving lives! Thank you! Blessings to you!

    I know there's a lot of these types of messages but I wanted to put my own out there. Thank you so much Jason, I suffer from anxiety along with a couple other mental illnesses that keep me up at night, I also work the night shifts. And I've tried everything from pillows to pills and nothing gets me to sleep faster than your meditations. I usually don't make it pass the breathing exercises and I'm out cold. You help so many people and I hope you rest easy at night knowing just the sheer quantity of goodness you put out into the world. You deserve everything you want and more. Thank you ❤

      This is the best book I have ever read - nay - experienced. Crisp points saying the things perhaps you know, but from totally different perspectives. I have heard lots of discourses on spirituality, but they remained just that - discourses. It is in fact a crime to think that this is spirituality because it is not: it is the way everyone of us needs to live.
      I completed the book in a couple of days of reading end-to-end. I knew this is a treasure which needed to be read in pieces still couldn't resist finishing - that is first reading of course.
      I have now started reading in small pieces with full contemplation as advised by Mr. Anderson
      One thing for sure: this is one book which must be read over & over again. Years of conditioning needs to be weaved away ever so gently.
      New beginning awaits you. There is no age to begin. I am spreading the book purely because I don't want people to miss such a vital opportunity that they can ever get in their life. And before death.
      Spread the message, gift the book if you can. I am sure you can.

    Can you do one strictly on anxiety and panic attacks... Letting us know everything is ok and we are ok even though we're scared.. I listen before drifting off to sleep and it really helps with my horrible anxiety fears and panic attacks the next day

      To get rid of anxiety and panic we need to aknowledge the fight / flight reaction for what it is: a rush of adrenalin - a very unpleasant one but still totally harmless, designed to save our lives. To know the cause and get to know the fear it losens the grip and disappears. Please search for Claire Weekes recordings Hope and help for your nerves here on youtube, she was way ahead of her time and suffered panic herself, so she knew first hand how to cure it. ☘️

    Absolutely love your series. Often use them to go to sleep or meditate when CRPS PAIN is unbearable and pain meds aren’t helping. Would love some more of these for around 8-10 hours so they last the night.

    Thankyou so much, i woke up so stressed and irritated, feeling so negative like everything was getting on top of me...again, said goodbye to my partner as he left for work at 630am bless him, and felt guilty that id been a bit unhelpful and in a bad mood...i said bye as his son left for school and then i listened to this and it has made my day! Ill defo be trying it at nightime, i feel alot more relaxed and de stressed during these difficult times..I cant thank you enough i have been an addict for over 20 yr and these uploads are helping me so much.     I’ve had sleep issues for as long as I can remember. Your heart felt, genuine and soothing words have helped me to not only fall asleep during every meditation, but fall back asleep calmly once I realize I fell asleep and have to unplug my headphones. Thank you for helping me realize the power of affirming and validating my feelings, but also recognize how peaceful and grounding it is to come back to my breath when my mind is going crazy.     I love this I always get migraines before I sleep and I won’t be able to sleep for hours but when I watch Jason’s video he instantly makes me relaxed and my migraine goes away and I fall asleep keep up the good work man ❤️

      Are you drinking enough water in a day, and how many bright things do you see in a day? Correct me if I'm wrong, but that might be part of the problem. Or perhaps it could be stress or hypertension. Eye strain and Dehydration can cause headaches too.

    I listened to this for 45 minutes I didn't realize I fell asleep I slept the whole night. I haven't been getting sleep for a week

    This started to play after another meditation video I was listening to and I recognised Jasons voice, I thought first it was just meditation but after 2 seconds I was like: "oh no, gotta turn this off or I will fall asleep" :D
