Let us know your favourite Hokkien Mee places! We night feature them on an episode of Neighbourhood Gems! 🤪
You Fu hokkien mee have one outlet at woodlands 780, the other one at golden mile food center #01-57
Edit: BTW guys are the given addresses inverted? 😊😅
From Amk 724
Simon road Hokkien mee and Amk 409, both legendary
You Fu (woodland, son) Vs You Fu (chinatown, father). Yes same name, their father wants to use the same name. Shorter queue time for the woodland one so I suggested the woodlands branch
The one at chomp chomp, closer to the entrance
Good job Lery & Adria for making me wanting to buy hokkien mee tmr!
Old school Uncle here. My first time eating Hokkien mee was along Rochor Road. With lots of garlic and slice chilli……..not sambal chilli type.
Wonderful memories.
Been a long time viewer of the channel. Have really seen Adria grown in the role.
Keep up the good work Eatbook!
thank you
@@EatbookYT u look at his/her name is joker-holic... i think he/she is referring to grow horizontally into the role... such a troll...
The Hokkien Mee at Bukit Timah Market & food center is a gem. Also the chicken rice there. 😊 I stay in the west.
I think it is so so
Love your foundation Lery! What are you using?
Hello eatbook, I always feel intrigued by your amazing food recommendation videos, fried Hokkien prawn noodles are my favourite 😊
There used to be a stall selling Hokkien Mee at Woodlands 515 KPT, not sure if they have moved/closed down but it's definitely the best hokkien mee I have eaten
I ❤the one @Serangoon and Bkt Timah market food centre .🤤🤤
Geylang 29 Charcoal Hokkien Mee is the best Hokkien Mee I have tried so far in Singapore. The wok hei and flavorful noodles damn shiok!
Geylang L0r 29 Hokien mee by their late dad was thee best.
Xiao Di Hokkien Mee, my fav
how about famous rivals for lor mee? :D
Hearsay dabao hokkien mee will be nicer. Can go test again?
Later people say our reviews inaccurate cause takeaway food is cold 😮💨
Cos dabao they get trapped in tut broth and absorb the flavours more 😊
Try Nam Sing hokkien Mee at Old Airport Rd
Swee Guan wok hei not consistent. Sometimes it's nice. Sometimes there's just too much wok hei and the noodles taste burnt.
Sad to hear dat u guys rate 29 higher than swee guan. Hkm lovers like myself will rate swee guan better due to the strong wok hey and creamy texture. But 29 is also very gd as i ate it regularly there as well but swee guan is just a notch above mainly bcos its not easy to create that gooey texture with strong wok hey, u nid the constant frying and baking process needs to be there. Cheers
One of the brothers passed away
How do u k?
@@calistateo4949 google . its on 8 days too. easily researchable.
Their dad passed away
@@elsieyong2139 so brother passed away or father passed away?
Swee guan impossible no wok hey…
👍🙏🙌🌈

The OG of Hokkien Mee is the charcoal stir fried black mee, often found in KL
different kind of hokkien mee
KL black Hokien mee is completely a diffferent version. GO to Orchard Gateway basement food court for KL black Hokien mee
That is a totally different dish
