    Damn would like an in depth video where you explain every wire you connect, i think this is the best solution for kbike wiring I've seen. Good Job!!

      That would be the thing indeed. Was also hoping on seeing the more detailed video. But good episode again CP

      @@danh9959 yes I did see them also. Very good in the beginning but just to fast connecting some relais. Will check them again. Always hope to get specific details from different builders 👌🏻. This is also a dawn good build.👍🏻

      Hey guys! I understand your feedback, it is just the style of my content to show my work in a timelapse and don’t talk to much. Unfortunately there is no chance to do both ways in a Video 😅 otherwise the length of the video extend to hours.
      However, I can do another video where I explain more detailed about each step I did 😎 As I see there are more people interested to it 😄 BR Patrick ✌🏻

    First of all: Great job!!!
    I heard the German accent and saw the Munich number plate :) But I´ll contine in English so everybody can follow the cobersation / my question: I am just setting up the same project for autumn / winter and right now I am creating the cabling. What was new to me was hearing you talking about the "K-Box". What is this box about? I thought picking up the signal of the neutral gear and connecting it to the Breakoutbox is enough :)
    Other question: The top fork bridge you are using, which one is it?
    Thank you in advance and have a nice one!

    • @CPCustoms
      @CPCustoms  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey mate thanks for the feedback 🙏🏻🤩
      Unfortunately it is not possible to get the neutral signal out of the original switch in the gearbox, in fact the gearbox has 3 switches build in so to get the correct ground signal to your breakout box you need a converter or you build a circuit Plan out of some relays. You find wiring diagrams online or just send me a message on Instagram.
      The K box is available from kustom_moto on instagram, it is a very useful box to get that neutral signal in an easy way.
      The top fork bridge is the original one 😎
      BR Patrick ✌🏻

    For the clarity, the Motogadget accessories are good electronics but its definately not a budget stuff:
    Speedo - 369€
    Pair of Indicators - 198€
    mo.unit - 329€
    At this price, you could easily replace the forks, which would be much more visible to the whole.

    Moin! Super hilfreiches Video, danke dir! Eine Frage habe ich bloß zum Tachoanschluss: Weißt du zufällig wie sich dieser gestaltet, wenn man einen anderen Tacho verbaut? Der Vorbesitzer meiner K hat bereits die BEP3 mit einem AceWell Ma085 Tacho verbaut - benötige ich da überhaupt noch die BEP, wenn ich die Munit verbaue aber den AceWell behalten möchte? VG

  • @clester123

    Hey Patrick,
    I heard that your from germany. So I need to ask: when you do a conversion of a bike like this, whats about TÜV? Are you able to customize the frame or use another fork? Or does this relate to a custome (expensive) approval? Thx in advance!

    • @CPCustoms
      @CPCustoms  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes of course, but you need to make sure that you have documentation what you have done to the frame. Before doing anything you should ask your TÜV guy. BR Patrick

    Great job! A question: Did you have to extend the wiring harness to get the ECU under the seat? Thanks!

    • @CPCustoms
      @CPCustoms  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi mate, no I didn’t have to extend the harness for the ecu. It is not much space left but it will fit in the pan with the original ecu wiring harness. BR Patrick ✌🏻

    Hi great episode..
    I want to ask you about the air sensor box.
    I put 4 open air filters on the carbs.
    What do I need to do to make it work without the sensor?
    Thank you bro..

    • @CPCustoms
      @CPCustoms  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks buddy 🙏🏻 As I know the ECU needs the monitoring of the airmass sensor so you need somehow to integrate that part into your intake manifold.

    Another great episode, thanks! Just curious, why didn't you use the Motoscope Pro - Breakout Box B to allow you to monitor the engine temperature and oil pressure with the Motogadget Motoscope Pro

    • @CPCustoms
      @CPCustoms  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you mate 🙏🏻 As I know there is no oil pressure sensor on the bike just a pressure switch which can be monitored by Box A too.
      Engine temperature could be monitored by box B via the coolant temp sensor but tbh I didn’t thought about that when I clicked the order button 😅 BR Patrick

      @@CPCustoms ah no, don't get me wrong you're doing awesome!. Love this build gets me inspiration for my own K100 build, but yeah... no chance I can afford all these fancy new gadgets.
      Looking forward to hear that Unit exhaust and get your opinion. It's the only real expensive investment I'm willing to do for now, but I'm concerned about how loud it might be.
      Cheers!
