Does it not say in the regs that if you collect a clam, you have to keep it? This fellow likes to put the little ones back apparently. If ODFW says it’s fine to pick & choose… Oh I see, that’s another ODFW “gotcha.” Some species can be cherrypicked, and some cannot.
Should be more helpful if you give us the location where you are digging those clams
